Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elyria

Definitely the worst Taco Bell in Elyria. This location is a must avoid. And I've given them multiple chances.

In order of largest to smallest problems: 1) Received a crunchwrap with zero Taco meat in it and charred bits cooked into the outside of it (do they clean? Clearly leftovers burned into it.)

2. The drive through person always has a chip on her shoulder as if your very existence as a customer is the worst thing that's ever happened to her. She also doesn't verify she has the correct order when she does a mobile order, just tells you to pull forward without verifying anything, that she heard your name correctly, anything on the mobile order. You just get to hope and pray she gives you the right order. And then she basically aims for your hand when passing the order out to you. Again, it's just praying you grab it quick enough.

3. didn't hand me a straw with my drink. Had hoped it was in the bag, but yeah never do that at the cleveland street taco bell. Do the opposite: if it doesn't look like you got something, assume you didn't.

4. Not sure whether it was intentional or not but my Fiesta potatoes container was dented in at the bottom so I only got about half as much as you normally do. It appeared full at first glance.

5. nacho fries were cold and soggy. I mean, I live just down the street. It doesn't take less than 5 minutes for them to get soggy.

Despite the fact that this location is closer, I will never go back. Downtown Taco bell literally never has close to the amount of problems...

Don’t go to this Taco Bell for late night food. I ordered a chicken burrito that literally had two tiny pieces of chicken, then only lettuce and sauce. I basically got a taco shell with some seasoning on it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla that somehow had grill marks yet the cheese wasn’t melted AT ALL. I ordered the simplest menu item: a soft taco no lettuce. I received a taco with lettuce, and little meat and a few morsels of unmelted cheese. I literally was the ONLY car on the drive thru, yet they had me pull around to a parking spot, then hastily threw my food in the window and walked away. I realize ordering food at midnight that I shouldn’t expect much, BUT I do expect meat in my burritos and tacos when I paid for it - and frankly melted cheese in a quesadilla that literally ONLY has cheese in it. If I could I would give a zero star ratings. I ordered from new jalapeño ranch nacho fries veggie plus some other stuff today. And as expected they gave me my fries ordered with beef. I feel like this people don’t care to read your whole order before making it. I went back with my order and told them they had messed up my order and instead acknowledging their mistake the guy goes like you had ordered the beef fries. Even though I’m trying to show him my online order. Which he didn’t care to look. Five people were working there and it wasn’t like they were busy. Then I asked him if I’m going to find surprise (beef) on my other order when I get home so he opened my order right in front me and wrapped it right back. This would be my last time...
