The worst curbside experience I've had in my entire life and as a part-time delivery driver, I deal with curbside multiple times a day, every day. During my first call, the lady had an attitude and explained that they're "busy" so it was going to be a little wait. Went inside 45 minutes later, trying to see what the hold up was, I was told they're "busy" but it'll be out soon. Over an hour later, I called back because several pickups that arrived wayyy after me were completed but again they were still too "busy". I was waiting for ONE ITEM, while vehicles way after me were loaded with entire living room sets so I went inside yet again. This time, it was to the front cashier to pick it up myself. The cashier was nice to us but after seeing new cars pull up and get loaded on the spot, even she got irritated. She had to call the back 6x before she could even get someone to bring our item up. 12:27pm is when we made the initial call, we didn't get out of the parking lot until almost 2pm, for ONE ITEM, that took 30 seconds to load and it took us trying to cancel the order completely for us to get it. I was there and watched the manager named Chris yell at some guy for requesting to file a complaint against another manager named Tracy due to he was waiting there for a long time and requested someone help she turned up her nose and said I'm not dealing with him and told another team employee to go help him and nobody did and as he walked outside the Manager named Chris was yelling and screaming at this man all the guy wanted was help and they failed to due so because they refused they are very rude and unprofessional their. it's not a good thing I will not shop there anymore and hopefully nobody else does because it may happen to them if I could have rated negative I would have it's the worst customer service I've seen in along time sorry to have...

5 days after Thanksgiving the Christmas lights and Christmas things are barely out. I asked a woman about it and she had no clue. I asked for a manager and she walked away. 15 minutes later I asked did you find a manager she said no. She pointed to him. The man was not happy to help at all. He told me everything was in the back. I asked could he get what I needed. He said I will look but if I don't see it right away then I can't help you.
