Birdies — Local services in Elyria

Birdies is an amazing place!! If you just stop in and look around, you will be surprised how many things you haven't seen in years, are in this store. The concert tees alone brought back a lot of memories from the late 70's and early 80's. Went to many of those concerts. I didn't have as much time as I would of liked to really look around, but trust me I will be back soon and often!! And the customer service is incredible!! I called early afternoon looking for a specific item (which they had) and spoke to a wonderful woman who was so kind, and so knowledgeable. When I went in around 5pm I was waited on by Misty. All I can say is Misty is amazing, and friendly!! And also has a wealth of knowledge as well. Misty, thanks so much for all your help, and patience with my pickyness. Is that a word? Lol You rock girl!! Will be back soon to look around and buy some concert tees, etc...

I went to this place at 6:02, and realized they closed at 6:00! I was bummed, but I turned around and started walking to my car! The young man came outside and said they could still help me! I was so thrilled that they did that! Then I got to meet June, their dog they have there! Which is super sweet dog! I got to pet her too! That was cool! But I live all the way in Strongsville, so it wasn’t like I could just run up there tomorrow! I appreciate them helping a gal out! You guys rock, all 3...
