McDonald's — Restaurant in Emmett Charter Township

I've been eating at McDonald's for over 50 years. Same with Burger King and Taco Bell. I don't know if I've ever had a bad meal or experience at any one of these restaurants. I consider them all about the same quality but when I think of fast food McDonald's always comes first and in my opinion McDonald's has always been the one to set the bar a little higher with new cutting edge food service technologies and advanced logistics to keep their product brand a little ahead of the rest. On vacation, my family always seems to stop at McDonald's and eat inside at the start of a long drive kids love a happy meal and chicken nuggets, my wife, kim always gets sausage eggs and pancakes, I get the dollar menu and coffee(black). I have eaten at McDonald's all over, and yes, they do serve beer at McDonald's in Germany. At least in 1999, I drank one in Bavaria. If I could ask for any improvement, I would love to see real biscuits and real sausage gravy on their breakfast menu and for dinner a juicy steak with a delicious baked potato or mashed potatoes. I'm not holding my breath, but I hope it happens in the next 20 years. Fast food with a little bit of a Diner style...

3 young people, all rude, closed early well before 10pm when they are open late on the website. The green haired grinch looking teenager decided that she wouldn't even open the door for me when I had already placed an order. Don't hire dumb liberals who don't care about your business. One of the 3 minimum wage musketeers came to the window, I assume to let me know they were closed, which is fine, but the green haired Grinch prevented him by mouthing no and locking the window. I wouldn't have had a problem if they just let me know what was going on, what happened to customer satisfaction?, communication? Garbage service. They deserve what they get paid but if you want your business to succeed find people who care and pay them a liveable wage. When you pay crumbs you get rats. And if you keep those employees then than you are satisfied with mediocrity and will ultimately fail as all unmanaged chaotic...

Shout out to Aretha Liz and Olivia There was another lady there that deserves some praise as well. But I Didn't get her name. These four ladies gave exceptional customer service. 100% customer service + 1. I had an issue with my drive-thru order. Which by the way was a honest mistake because I asked her to break a 20 dollar bill . And I brought my receipt and sandwiches back into the store. They were jam packed. There was at least 10 people ahead of me. And they completely Took charge And Made everything right. I only ordered two McChickens. With pickles and slivered onions and upon coming back into the store. I was greeted with only exceptional customer service. I received fresh McChickens. A large drink and small fry free of charge with smiling faces. This literally made my day at 11:45 at night. And all four of these ladies deserve a raise. Also the store was very clean. And I will definitely be coming back. Thanks...
