McDonald's — Restaurant in Emporia

I went there this past Sunday to get use my app for the Buy a Sausage Biscuit, get a free Hashbrown deal which actually is a good deal. Right after that I then decided to use my free reward points to get a Free Breakfast Burrito,( which you are allowed to do), but when the cashier rang it in, it took my reward points but didn't let me get the Burrito so the cashier went to get her manager who was this rude black lady who started accusing me of trying to get free good all the time. I was polite and let her know that I was just able to use the app for my Sausage Biscuit deal and the app took my reward points for my Burrito so why can't I get it. She then said it's because the app won't recognize my free rewards because of Daylight savings time. She then said I can't get my Burrito but she put the points back on my app. I was going to leave but then decided to eat in. I sat down and then heard that same rude manager lady talking about me saying I always come in to try to get free food before lunch. She kept talkin about me but then looked around the corner and saw me eating so she got quiet real quick. I then bought a small drink cause the Biscuit was real dry.I drank my Beverage but had to get a refill due to the Biscuits dryness. I drank my refill and asked for a second refill but they refused and said one refill only. I then asked for a manager to voice my concern about the no stated refill policy and told her the biscuit was dry and I would like another refill since I was having trouble swallowing it but she said no. I asked for their corporate number but she refused to give it to me. I stated its available on the drive thru window so she then got it for me since I told her they should have a sign stating one refill only and if I knew it was only going to be one free refill, I would of never bought the Beverage. There was also a very old lady with a walker who barly made it inside the restaurant and none of the McDonald's employees offered to help her inside so I went ahead and helped her in by holding the doors open for her. She barly missed breakfast by a minute but they didnt even offer to give or sell that poor old lady a breakfast item so she left the store empty-handed. This store has very rude service, are uncaring, and never smile. If you want a good McDonald's with better tasting food then go to the one on Industrial Rd. Wasn't good. , drove through ordered my food. Told them how I wanted it. , plain fish no cheese, no sauce. Just a fish and the bun. . She asked again, could I repeat it? So I did. Can I drive up to the window pay? And I say it's a plain fish and I'm told yes. . So I pull over open it up and it has cheese on it. So I go back in line. Now. There's like six or more people I have to wait behind. And when they ask what I want, I asked them. What does it take to get a plain fish sandwich sauce, no cheese. So they say pull up and they will have it for me. . I go to hand it to the first window and she tells me her supervisor will meet me at the next window. So I get to the next window go to hand them the sandwich. And this female comes out to tell me. When you order a plain fish unless you say no cheese. That's how it comes. . I tell her that I ordered it twice no sauce. No cheese. Needless to say I did not appreciate her attitude. Talkin to me an adult who knows how I like my food and want it. . I order it how I would like to eat it. After all these years I know to make it specific. . Maybe if they weren't back there talking and paid attention. They could get it right the...

World's smallest 2 dollar French Vanilla Cappuccino from McDonald's on 6th!!! Don't do it, it's a trap Batman. I ordered 4 sausage biscuits for 4 dollars which is a good deal and a French Vanilla Cappuccino from McDonald's drive through and when I got to the second window I was handed a cup that felt lighter than air and wasn't even hot. I asked the girl at the window if they could fill it up and she said no because the machine does it. She saw that it wasn't even full and the lady she asked to fill it got an attitude and wouldnt do it. I told themI was going to give them a bad review and then drove off with my husband.
