In October of 2021 I cracked my phone and had to have it repaired. I called Hey Buddy around 3pm on a Wednesday. A woman answered and rudely told me she was just about to leave and wouldn’t be back all week. I asked her if I could come in real fast just to see what she thought. I use my phone daily for necessary work/family communications, so waiting until the following Monday to get it fixed wasn’t an option. When I asked her, she basically told me that was too bad and I’d have to get it fixed elsewhere. I asked if she knew who else in town repaired phones and she hung up. I took my dead smartphone to Hey Buddy to try and have it recovered. The technician quickly diagnosed it as a failed motherboard, but was cooperative in also checking the viability of the battery. My situation, unfortunately, was not resolved to my satisfaction as it was the motherboard that failed. But Hey Buddy was very thorough and speedy in assessing the problem. She will repair your phone correctly the first time and not charge you an arm and leg .
