I wanted to like this place. I was excited when I learned Noble was bringing in another sandwich shop that's not a national chain after the previous one failed to attract a bid. Let's start with the good points. The people who worked there were friendly, there was plenty of parking and the place was clean. There were actually a few nice places to sit if you were going to eat there as well, I did not. I placed an order online, although not through their website which said they were closed. For a brand new place to say this is a huge problem. You cannot order nor see the menu for this location on the company website at the moment. I'm not sure what is happening with that. I ended up ordering through Uber Eats as I had a credit anyway. It took an extra 10 minutes or so from what the quoted time was to get my order. There were about 4 orders waiting when I arrived and none after. The people working there seemed concerned that I was waiting for so long, so I give them credit for that and they were all very friendly. Now onto the sandwich. The beef was tender in the French dip. However, at nearly $30 for a sandwich which I split with the wife as it was 18", it was not worth it at all. Very salty and not much meat inside for the money. We also ordered a Bobbie sandwich for the kiddo and tried a bite of that. I would never call that the best sandwich in America as they claim, nor would it be in the top 100. Sorry to say that this place is overpriced and not very good for what you pay. Sadly I will not be going back and cannot recommend it to...
Read moreVery disappointed in this place. I ate there the first time about a month ago and the sandwich was ok. I didn’t like the fact that they split the bread and put all the meat and toppings with the bread open. The problem is that when you take a bite, you either get the bread with the meat or if you bite at the top you get the bread with all the toppings and little meat. Yesterday my wife and I decided to call in a sandwich but we requested they slice the bread all the way through and put all the meats and toppings on one side of the bread and cover with the other half of bread like a normal sandwich and that way it would all be evenly distributed in every bite but they refused. The lady who answered wasn’t understanding what I was asking and when she finally understood, she ask the manager and he refused to do it that way. About the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Whatever happened to satisfying the customers request? You would think with the all the negative reviews and being new they want to satisfy a customer’s very very minor request. I’m not really sure if I’ll go back there again TBH. Not worth the aggravation. So we...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. We decided to try the 'Thanksgiving' sandwich and an Italian combo, which we planned to share amongst our group.
The Good
The bread was truly outstanding – fresh and perfectly textured. When the flavors came together, the sandwiches tasted really good.
The Not-So-Good
My experience took a negative turn when I bit into a rather sizable turkey bone in the 'Thanksgiving' sandwich. While it indicates they use fresh turkey, it's a significant safety concern, particularly when sharing food with children.
Beyond that, the meat-to-topping ratio was consistently disappointing. For sandwiches priced at over $20 each, we found them to be disproportionately filled with toppings and very little meat. At this price point, I would expect the sandwiches to be generously loaded.
Overall
Despite the delicious bread and good flavor when properly balanced, the combination of the high price, meager meat portions, and the unsettling discovery of a bone means we won't...
