Jamaican Kitchen — Restaurant in Enfield

Do not waste your time or money here. I placed an online order around 6 PM on Sunday. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet my food wasn’t ready when I arrived—because they hadn’t even started it. They couldn’t find my receipt, then picked it up off the floor. To make matters worse, they were out of oxtail and only offered extra jerk chicken as a replacement. When I asked to cancel, I was treated like I was the problem. I paid $65 for subpar food and terrible service. I lost money. How do you run out of product within your first week of opening? Huge...

The service was terrible. The staff seemed annoyed and told me I'd have to wait a while, then soon told me not to wait anymore. If you don't even have anything to buy, I don't know why you're open! Or maybe you shouldn't be taking orders...
