Enfield Pizza — Restaurant in Enfield

I am going to write a very honest review. As most of you compliment Enfield Pizza as having the best pizza, but let’s talk about the food. Not everyone that gets takeout or delivery wants pizza. So here’s my take on Enfield Pizza. The pizza is delicious and is very flavorful. It definitely has enough toppings on it. Outstanding pizza in my opinion. The Buffalo tender meal is good. The fries are steak fries and they cooked excellent. This meal will not disappoint. The grinders are good they are definitely filled with whatever your choice will be. We’ve gotten the meatball, sausage, cold cut, chicken, steak and cheese. The wraps are quite tasty. We’ve tried the veggie, chicken Cesar, stir fry chicken. Their salads are excellent definitely have the veggies in them and whatever protein you get. They use Kens salad dressing which I find to be excellent but to each its own. As far as the dinners are concerned. We have ordered the veal parmigiana and the shrimp parmigiana. I do believe both proteins are frozen products. The sauce is okay maybe a little dry. The cheese on the top is a little much because they bake it and I don’t prefer that. The garlic bread that come with some meals is okay. Could use a little more butter and garlic and I’m not fan of it being in a roll type. Garlic bread is more of toast or toasted piece of bread. However, I’d like to mention that their meals are very inexpensive. If your look for a veal parmigiana you won’t find that at any restaurant for $12.99 so with that said you can understand why they may use frozen products. Would I order their Italian dinners again? Honestly probably not. It’s not for it was horrible because I did eat it but it was just mediocre. I do think their pizza, grinders, salads and wraps are much more tastier. If you want an Italian dinner with authenticity…Go to an Italian restaurant. Overall Enfield Pizza does have great food…and of course we will back. Update to my 5 star review. 5 years ordering from this place cheap food at a high price ok no biggie. Been ordering the same grilled chicken salad for five years always asked for the chicken on the side never was charged anything for putting the chicken on the side not asking for anything extra in the food. Just have the chicken on the side now they are charging extra to put it on the side. The girl who answered the phone was rude not very friendly. Try to call me a liar. Been ordering from you people for five years 2 to 3 times a week and now you’re gonna pull this, this is my last time ordering and I will tell everybody to stay far away. The food is not all that great it’s Way-over priced and now you’re going to charge $.50 for a one cent Styrofoam container because the chicken is on the side no no no I don’t care if the owners on vacation I don’t care if the owner is away there should be a manager there someone there that should be able to help Customer out when they have a problem. The girl answering the phone if she was, my employee would be fired on the spot for the way she talked to me and the way she acted and tried calling me a liar. To make things even funnier we asked for no olives, no green pepper, no onion no tomato which obviously we don’t get charged for but they still had to charge us for the container. All the stuff we save them in food you’re still going to charge us for a container you guys can pound sand Never again! Tell your customers over the phone that you’re gonna rip them off and charge them for putting chicken on the side in a stinking five cent Styrofoam container. Just trying to rob people. Well you lost a great customer after five years in spending plenty of money with you people...

If I could give zero stars I would !! Absolutely terrible food and service here, I spent $50 for one hotdog , 1 French fries 10 piece chicken wings , you could Break your teeth on A small cheese pizza, took 2 1/2 hours, 2 separate trips , everything was COLD ENFIELD PIZZA blamed the rain ! What would they do during a snowstorm? The waitress in training who answered the phone said she would give me a five dollar credit , I laughed , when I spent $50. when I asked to speak to an owner or a manager. The guy who picked up my call said he was the manager ,he replied , call back tomorrow and speak to the owner, Another call , mind you the same guy I spoke to before now Claiming he’s the owner stay clear. I hate to see what they’ll do in snowstorm, save yourself time and aggravation. It took two 1/2 hours & 5 separate phone calls LASTLY 2 separate trips Real Italian food right up the road, not far and I should’ve gone with my gut instinct , (grandkids wanted me to come here) Sophia‘s pizzeria chicken parm never fails deliver or in house dining warm bread, butter, dinner salad, and a lot of real Italian food, warm and delicious food delivered !!
