I came in with high hopes looking for waffles. What I instead got was inconsistency and a feeling of lack of priority. I went in with only one other customer in the store and waited around 17 minutes for 2 waffles. 1 was pretty good as shown below but the other lacked sized and a proper cook time. The lady was very nice but the level of service not good to me. As well it cost me 10 dollars and sadly I would have been better off going to a corparate company like ihop and pay the extra 4 bucks. At least then I would get consistency in the food and if they aren’t busy at all my food would not have taken nearly as long to make as this place. Sadly I won’t be returning

Ever since the change in ownership to King Donut, the quality has definitely gone WAY down. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, like I do most mornings, and I am extremely disappointed. The sandwich I have received is like half made compared to last week. I received it cold, the cheese was not melted, the bagel was completely dry. You could tell they just slapped the ingredients together. I feel like I have to FINISH making my own order with what I received. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Finally made it to try some good donuts....not so much. Cash only so I was ready for that. No prob. I walked in and they 4 men hanging out like it was their living room all glared at me like I was interrupting their meeting. The drink fridge with the milk in it is dirty gross disgusting and basically empty so now would be a good time to clean it. I was worried my chocolate milk wasnt gonna be good, checked the date a few times. And it felt cold so I went for it. The cashier was polite but it felt as tho I was bothering her as she went straight back to conversation as soon as I ordered my two donuts. Which totally sucked. I took one bite of the raspberry filled..seemed old. And the chocolate glazed wasn't any better. Very disappointed. At least I know now. I never leabe reviews but I had read the reviews on this place and they were good. So I figured I should chime in with my experience so maybe another person won't waste their...

We found this gem by googling Whole Donut as the one in Holyoke had shut down about a year or so ago. Honestly coffee, donuts, and service was great! The kids wanted vanilla frosted which he didn’t have at the time we went in but the guy( who’s name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond to try and make them a vanilla frosted donut and also made my father in law a “make shift” of Bavarian cream donut that he also did not have for the rest of the day. Honestly anyone else wouldn’t make any of this happen. So I’m grateful we took the 15 mins drive over to Enfield.THANK YOU FOR MAKING ALL OF US HAPPY!! WE MISS THIS DONUT SHOP BEING IN HOLYOKE!
