I'm sorry, but these were possibly the blandest tacos I've ever had in my life. It literally tasted like I was only eating the corn tortilla. There wasn't a drop of seasoning on them. I couldn't even taste the cilantro and onion. I've never had to recook and season my to go food before. 😩 it just didn't give authentic vibes/taste at all. The meat on the carne asada was crumbly, like ground beef...I've literally never had that at any of the authentic Mexican spots I've been to. The chorizo/Carne asada taco was just as flavorless. If you're in the area and want some good tacos, check this truck out. Nothing fancy but if you like simple street tacos, you've got to try them. I've had Mexican street tacos from almost every corner of the state, and this truck has one of the best tacos I've had. I was surprised at the amount of meat in the steak and chorizo tacos that I purchased. Plenty of cilantro, onion, lime, and they even included some pico de gallo style salsa to go with the tacos. Super nice owner but the food is disgusting! Ordered a couple steak and chicken taco supreme and it had like 4 chunks of steak on a bed of ground beef then piled high with cilantro and onion. Meat tasted odd, like it was old or microwaved. Order chicken tacos and the chicken tasted like lightly seasoned but rancid chicken. The lettuce was wilted and the sour cream was almost watery.
