La Valse des Fleurs — Restaurant in Englewood

Such a lovely café! Still in it's early stages, I went in during their soft opening today, but had a great experience nonetheless. I had their Fleur de Cassis and the rose, cardamom latte, and both were delectable with a gorgeous presentation. Ample sitting spaces, a fresh and flowy vibe with charming music on the speakers. And a grandfather clock that still works! The building used to be a bank, so there's a parking lot in the back, but that shouldn't even be necessary with all the street parking available in the area. You can tell this place is a labor of love. The cappuccino comes in a mug with your birth month’s flower (pictured). How CUTE! It’s perfect for getting work done but I also can’t wait to go to brunch with friends. Big windows with lots of natural lighting during the day.
