Wendy's — Restaurant in Englewood

I wish I can give this store no stars because I went through there earlier ordered my food by the time I got home and looked at my food about to eat it it was completely wrong I caught up there when I woke up because I do work 3rd shift at a job I asked the manager on night shift which was 10:30 I asked for the corporate or the franchise number she act like she didn't know it I asked when when her GMB and she's talking about she couldn't give me that information so then she hung up on me which is real unprofessional I called back she had the GM on another phone and yes when I called back I cussed at her but she told her GM when I called I called four to five times and I was cussing at her the whole time I have proof on my phone I only called three times and that's when she actually picked up the phone after the first conversation cuz the second time she did not answer the phone the third time that's when she had her GM on her phone and the GM ain't no better because she gave me attitude as welltrying to over talk me trying to basically tell me that I was cussing her manager out so when I asked the GM for her name she gave me her name and then I asked her for the manager name she said what is your name again like she didn't know her name how you not know your manager's name talking about she just started. Just started or not you should know your manager's name I would never ever go to that store again which I don't care because I feel like I got richly profiled against and then somebody called my phone three times from a private number and I know it had to be even the GM or the manager playing on my phone I am an adult I don't have time to play games so I will be...

My husband was craving a spicy chicken sandwich, and there was a Wendy's on my way home from water aerobics, so I placed a mobile order for the drive thru there. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! After waiting in the drive thru line, I was informed that mobile orders had to be picked up inside. Okay... I parked & went past all the cars "pulled over" waiting for food & I made it inside. There were employees all over the place, but only one cashier, and she was engrossed in a conversation with this woman who I'm guessing was a customer? I had to wait more than 5 minutes before they were done talking. Meanwhile, other employees were going past me & the second cash register, completely disinterested in a customer standing there waiting. Finally, I got to talk to the cashier! But she couldn't find my order. She also informed me that mobile orders always had to come inside. (It would be good if they updated the app with that info.) A few minutes later, the cashier finally got someone to come over from the drive thru. He punched some buttons on the cash register & finally found my order, which no one had even started. About 10 minutes later, I received my order, which included fries that my husband described as "old, cold, & nasty" & "the bottom of the barrel." Please save yourself time, money, and frustration: AVOID THIS WENDY'S!! Honestly, they should just shut it down & retrain (or TRAIN)...

This Wendy's is trash whoever it that's doing the hiring of the lack luster employees needs to be fired. How are they still in business or even being able to give out pay checks is beyond me🧐 an investigation is need because no one is there but us people that really enjoy others locations outside of our own hometown.

Something is not right when every business on the street has at lease one car in the ordering line. 🤦🏿‍♀️ They will have not one car waiting.For instance we waited 40 minutes for 2 combos because of meat one time just to not receive anything🤔. At one point after awhile of going to this Wendy's location it starter becoming a game of how long an how many rude people would show up an look out the window instead of doing their job we did beat our current record of waiting 30 minutes with cars lined up 🥴. 40 minutes is diabolical. That's a burger spot right why you don't have any meat available ?🫣 I'm starting to feel that Wendy's is not caring at all about their brand 💁🏿‍♀️ at this point. That was just 2 prime example.

Now this location is privately owned and it shows I'm sure Corporate knows and hoping that they will consider the lack of this particular store in Englewood Ohio performance has been TERRIBLE for years🤢. This store should not keep going unnoticed if that is the going to be the case SHAME on Wendy's for keeping incompetent people...
