I work nearby this location and will go to the drive thru for lunch from time to time. The only thing consistent about this location is that my food is always prepared wrong. This is the only fast food location on Las Vegas Blvd or on Blue Diamond that I will park my car in the parking lot to check my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
The failure rate to get a simple order right is roughly 65%. It's a running joke in my office that if it's your third time going to this Burger King, your order might actually be right. Otherwise, you better be ready to have your order merely taken as a suggestion. I've had my order prepared wrong 3 times in a row, prompting this review.
I order a chicken or a fish sandwich, plain with cheese every time I go here. It is ALWAYS rung in correctly, listing the sandwich plain and making sure to charge me extra for the cheese., which almost NEVER makes it on my sandwich unless I bring my order back into the lobby after trying the drive through.
The last time I came here, they prepared my food correctly but gave me the wrong drink. I had to go in to do it myself. Today, both my sandwiches were made incorrectly and I didn't have the time to stop and check. Had I found it was made wrong in the parking lot like normal, I certainly wouldn't have had the time to go get it corrected.
Since my time is constantly wasted and apparently that was required today as well, I decided I would rather write this review than go stand and wait awkwardly for someone to correct the simplest of mistakes because they don't pay attention or don't care.
SOMEONE has to be accountable for the orders being prepared correctly here. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the staff is friendly to the customers, and they sure as hell have practice apologizing. Whenever I dine in, I watch the people come in from the Drive Thru to ask for their food to be fixed.
If you're in the area, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE unless you have the time to send your food back. They'll waste your time and if you're not careful, your money.
P.S. Don't bother trying to call if you have a problem. The...
Read moreI came to the drive-thru on the night of 09/01/2021. We used my husband's debit card and didn't get a receipt. When I asked for a receipt the cashier said that it doesn't work. I let them know that I was uncomfortable with that cuz I just used my debit card spending $15.50 and had no receipt for it. Plus I like to take the surveys and get the free offers on the back of the receipts. The cashier and another employee mentioned that they mentioned to management on several occasion that there's something wrong with the machine and it doesn't print out the receipts. They also mentioned that several other customers complain about not having their receipt. And I asked the cashier if I should call corporate to make sure that this receipt issue gets handled and he caught a major attitude because he thought that I was threatening him when in fact I was just helping him make sure that management makes his job a little easier. And this was all happening before I got my food and I was worried because I know what can happen behind the scenes to a customers food if they seem to be unpleasant towards the staff and it seems that every employee there was at the window including the manager who was messing around with the machine in hopes of it printing out my receipt. So they went to another register and printed out an order identical the mine except it show that I didn't use my debit card and said that I spent cash. The cashier was unprofessional from the time I approached the intercom (where he was taking a order from me and carrying a conversation with someone else on his end which is very confusing when taking an order) to the time I left. He was making a huge scene to where I felt like I had to calm him down. And I did at least in my presence. All of this would not have escalated the way it did if the receipt machine was working. I mean, I really wanted a refund after that but I wouldn't have been able to get my receipt showing my refund just in case it never showed on my...
Read moreThe people working there around 5 p.m. today have about 3 brain cells between them. We ordered through the app, and pulled into the drive-through to pick it up. We were told to pull into the front, and they would bring it out to us. 10 minutes went by in scorching 110° heat. Just when we were about to go in, they brought it out. We always check before we leave, and are so glad we did, as it was missing all the dipping sauces, the marinara sauce to go with the mozzarella sticks, and an order of chicken nuggets. When I went inside to get the rest of my order, I was given the third degree by the manager and two of her minions. I didn't know this was a 3-person issue, but apparently they need all hands on deck to argue over an order that THEY messed up. Strange, since they had a whole 10 minutes to get it right. The manager asks me to pull up the order on my phone. I comply. She then tells me I didn't order chicken nuggets. I explain it's part of the "your way" meal, and I did, in fact, order it because the rest of it is there save for the missing chicken nuggets. She then pulls up the order on the giant screen behind the counter, and peers at it. I mean, I can see this level of scrutiny for a $5 sandwich, but BK is literally arguing over a $1.50 order of chicken nuggets. I was going to let the sauces go, but since they made such a big deal over the chicken nuggets, I went ahead and griped about the missing dipping sauces while I was at it. They were so pissy about it. I hope upper management reads this, and gets them the customer service training they...
