The Garden Grille & Bar — Restaurant in Nevada

The Garden Grille & Bar is actually the hotel restaurant in the Lobby area of the Hilton Las Vegas South. It’s a small quiet venue with a small bar. The bar is stocked with the basics, but certainly enough to take the edge off a day of traveling. There is plenty of tables and seating in the restaurant area, and about 10 seats at the bar.

We ordered a few drinks and appetizers when we visited. The restaurant features a limited menu of drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Although limited, it had a nice selection of options. We tried the Classic Pepperoni Flatbread and Artisan Cheese Board. The food came out quickly and there was plenty of food for the two of us.

I also tried the Carmel Manhattan, one of their signature cocktails. It was a tasty drink geared to the patron that does not actually like Manhattans. It you actually wanted a traditional Manhattan, this is not your drink.

Although the Garden Grille & Bar is not a large full-service venue, I have to give it 5 stars because they fulfilled all expectations. All in all, our experience was quiet and pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and...

Sorry but yesterday I come to get dinner and I order a Carbonara Pasta and the chef told the server that he doesn’t have heavy cream to make the sauce for the pasta (when I had already ordered)… Again today I come for breakfast and I order a pancakes and the chef told the server than they can’t make the pancakes because the machine is no working (the flat top or plancha)… but I don’t know why they can’t no make pancakes in a sautéed pan (with 4 line cooks and just 2 tables) so I need to change my order for a waffle… but the only thing that was not bad was the service: Julia (for the dinner shift) and Jenny she was very sweet (for the morning shift) they try to make me feel good...
