Order placed on line to pick up curbside. Guaranteed to deliver to your vehicle within two minutes or you’d get a free pizza. It wasn’t ready when arrived, but as soon as it was out of the oven, the two minute countdown began. Timer stopped with 11 seconds and no one brought my order out for 7 more minutes. I tipped him a couple bucks. I decided to check my order. I had a pizza with all toppings which I did not order and was missing one 5 cheese dipping sauce. I called and told them I got the wrong order and the same guy came out to pick it up, then wanted the receipt to verify my order again. He said I’ll be right back with your missing item. After several more minutes went by, I went into the place, asked for my dipping sauce and requested my free pizza. The guy in charge told me “we don’t do that here and gave me a phone number to call”. We don’t issue coupons for the free pizzas. I told him first it took them an additional 7 minutes to bring me the wrong order. And secondly another wait for my correct order. Got home and one order of Parmesan twists were way over cooked and hard. So much for dipping sauce. It appears everyone was grabbing any boxes they could, to get them delivered. I’ll use an alternative choice for...
Read moreTitle: A Disheartening Experience with Domino's
I recently had a rather disheartening experience with Domino's that compelled me to share my disappointment. After patiently waiting for 35 minutes, my order finally arrived with all the sauces missing, leaving my meal incomplete.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver had to make a trip back to the store for the missing items, resulting in my food arriving cold. Despite the inconvenience, the store refused to replace the uneaten cold items, which was promised during the initial delivery—a disappointing lapse in quality control.
Adding to the frustration, my 2-liter root beer was forgotten, leaving me puzzled about how such a crucial item could be overlooked. It might be worth considering having condiments in the driver's car for unforeseen circumstances, enhancing the overall customer experience.
As a veteran and long-time investor in Domino's, I expected a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reconsidering my loyalty to the brand.
This feedback is shared with the hope that it contributes to improvements in service and ensures a more satisfying experience for...
Read moreEmployee's accused us for not paying the order when we provided a proof of payment online. The manager started being rude to my husband and I had to step in because she was impolite. Then, another staff came in and blamed me because the food was taken from the homeless person and he can't stop him? Is that a rational excuse they can give me? He was rude and blamed me because he can't control the environment? I travelled places and I have never heard like that. Where is the accountability? His excused was.. "I will give you free coke". No sorry or whatsoever but being rude.
I work 12 hours shift, I work in jail and I dealt with felonies and psycho... but, do I have to be rude to them? NO. I still showed them respect and dignity.
But this employee was impolite, irrational and disrespectful. Not only to me, but to my husband. I don't care what stressors you may have.. but don't project your inappopriate behavior towards your customers.
I will rate this company 0/10. Will never buy pizza from...
