First experience here using the ValPak coupon. They have a kiosk inside that you can order from however it's very slow and seemingly no one updates the menu items, images etc. This led to an unforseen problem for us.
We ordered about $58 worth of food to go. Specifically we ordered chips & queso for $5.99. We live about 25 mins from the location but heard good things. VERY VERY disappointing when we arrived home to unpackage our order to find there was no queso at all. There was however a full container of Nacho Cheese.... Weird right?
I called the location and spoke to the young lady that rang us out at the location and asked her what happened and her response FLOORED ME.
"Hey we just had the takeout order for JJ, we just got home and there's no queso but there's nacho cheese..."
Her: "Oh yes so we don't have anymore of the ummm white queso cheese so we just gave you that."
I'M SORRY WHAT! - Let me better understand you. You knowingly accepted an order for a product on the menu that you were out of, accepted payment for it, knew you didn't have it, swapped out our food for another item that we didn't want, voluntarily did not tell us you had no queso then just thought we wouldn't notice?"
Sorry to be harsh about a $6 queso order but that is CRAZY. It's one thing to not know and someone made a simple mistake but to KNOWINGLY accept payment for a product you KNEW you didn't have, then to not inform us but rather bait & switch us with nacho cheese is INSANITY. I have never in 40 years seen any food establishment do that.
"Oh you wanted a 12oz Ribeye medium rare, sure that's $49.99 please."
"Here's a chicken strip instead."
Please have ownership reach out to me on this post. We'd like a full refund for our order. Our first experience was a complete disaster and the worst part is the employees DID IT ON...
Read moreI'm sorry, but these folks haven't been open for even 2 months, and they already have their drive-through closed. They are swarmed with homeless people, making camp in their drive-through. They harass customers, along with the weirdos hanging around the other businesses. The food is super expensive and it's, unfortunately, not up to par. I got the carne asada fries. I ended up paying pretty much $20 after taxes, with no drink. The cheese that they use for CARNE ASADA FRIES was canned Nacho Cheese, and it had so much sour cream that it made me want to vomit just looking at it. Luckily, they did not mix it together, so I was able to remove some of the god, awful amounts of sour cream on top of my food. The taste was a mix of sour yet bland. The service was excellent. I don't blame the workers for the restaurants location and foul recipes. Don't expect them to be around for long, just...
Read moreThis place is one of many places of why I want to move to Las Vegas. The best food in the world ! And this place makes the list for best burrito I’ve ever had for the price. The chili re-no breakfast burrito my goodness. Out of this world. Also had the chorizo burrito and it wasn’t too overpriced and oil amount was just right. The tortillas were to die for. Their food is Jalisco style Mexican. I hope this place can keep their quality control going. Looks like they are expanding quickly. This will be a new regular spot for me. The cashier actually spoke English (not the best but she tried and was friendly) which was...
