A new sandwich shop coming from San Francisco area called Sourdough & Co has opened a first location in Las Vegas , and it has exceeded all our expectations. WOW!!! Just wow 🤩!!! Seriously delicious! We are super picky when it comes to sandwich shops, but Sourdough knows how to make truly mouth watering subs. Each sandwich is hand crafted with care and the sourdough is magnificent!

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s a clean shop and nicely decorated with pleasant cozy colors. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect sandwich to suit our taste. We have met the owner and he is very friendly and passionate about his shop and also very enthusiastic about opening another 19 stores in the future in Las Vegas .

The sourdough bread is simply outstanding-crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. We have ordered a few different sandwiches and a flatbread pizza and they were all packed with fresh ingredients, and all perfectly balanced. The portion sizes were generous, and the sandwiches were crafted with care. The quality of the food is top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. They have an amazing selection of delicious sandwiches, soups, salads, flatbreads , etc. The sourdough is moist, the meat is generous, and the sauce is just the right amount.

Mood - French Dip

I have been on this kick lately of wanting French Dip sandwiches for my breakfast/ brunch food. And being a huge fan of sour dough bread, well I thought this would be a perfect match.

Upon entering was quickly greeted. You order at the front counter, pay, find seating, and the Food is brought out to you.

Opted for French Dip Combo, and a brisket combo. The bread was stellar. And the broccoli cheddar soup was the highlight.

Interior is decent. There are a few table and chair arrangements. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background.

Would recommend- pricing for the portions and quantity was a bit high. The customer service was very friendly and hospitable.

The sandwiches were ok. I was more taken aback by the worker using the robot, the register and making sandwiches without changing gloves. I then watched more closely and the worker making my sandwiches was not on the register, so I took a leap of faith that the sandwiches were safe. If the one that was using the register for all the customers in between made them or helped, I would have asked for a refund and left without the food altogether.
