New to the area The family and I were looking for ice cream and went an hour before close. The shop wasn’t busy when we walked in so there shouldn’t have been an issue. Getting to the front of the line we were greeted with nothing but poor attitude. We were on the wrong side to order ice cream as it was clearly stated by the gal. I ordered a scoop of cookies and crème originally but was corrected by my husband for cookie dough (it was for him) literally you can feel the gal rolling her eyes and she makes it apparent she was unhappy with the mistake. Not like I ordered a whole banana split and made her make it and changed my mind. Tossing her ice cream scooper as she continues with the order she’s slamming anything that is opened and handing the order to my husband with negative assertion. Literally a bad look for such a fine establishment. Left a sour taste in my mouth as first impressions can never be repeated. Love the ice cream and have always loved this business! Unfortunately, when ran by 3 extremely condescending, disrespectful, and passive aggressive teenagers, it’s not very enjoyable! We came in around 8:44 PM tonight. As we walked in, they just look and stare (we made sure to check that they closed at 9). The girl handling the drawers continued to look at the ice cream server and they shared blank stares and we asked the girl serving what time they closed to ensure weren’t going to mess them up - and she shortly said nine. We only got scoops, but the little girl handling cash and sharing smirks and whispers with the little boy mopping gave the impression of annoyance and obnoxious arrogance (and perception is key). Seems like they need to be more involved in customer service training. If you are going to have an obnoxious and impatient attitude, maybe close at 8:45 and carry out closing...

As an Ice Cream Expert that travels the country looking for good ice cream I landed here in Enterprise, AL at this little shop.

It has a nice little vibe to it! Customer service was good. Great smiles and warm welcoming.

I tried multiple flavors…. Unfortunately, they fell kind of flat. The Coffee Chip did not taste like coffee. I could not taste the Butterscotch. I ended up getting a scoop of the Toffee Crunch which had a decent flavor because of the mix-ins. The waffle cone had a good flavor but since it was kept in a warmer it gets very brittle.
