Sierra Gold — Restaurant in Enterprise

Attempted to call to place an order for pick up. Double Cajun Wings with curly fries. Called for 25 minutes with no answer. Admittedly I did start calling 10 till happy hour closes, 1:50 a.m. Felt they were busy puttinf in orders, thats fine, but 10 to 15 minutes after happy hour ends? Entered, asked if their phone number changed or something. Bartender responded, "we dont answer phones when we're busy". To clairify, no one at the bar was ordering drinks or closing out, everyone was chillin', i was promptly greeted and order was taken within 1 minute of entering. They werent busy, dude just didnt want to answer the phone.

Additionally, double cajun wings implies twice the amount of cajun seasoning. I mean its written that way on their menu. This is twice i've ordered and gotten plain wings that accidentally got cajun seasoning on them. It would be akin to ordering a double bacon cheeseburger and someone just rubbed bacon on the patty and called it a day.

Very disappointed. Stopped here several times to watch the Knights games. November 22, met my friend to watch the game. Ordered our food, no problem. Halfway through the game, our server (Courtney) was leaving for the night and asked if she could close out our tab. We agreed and she went on her way. The server that replaced her, named (Skyler), refused to even acknowledge us. I tried several times to get her attention. I finally approached her at the bar and asked if there was a reason she hadn't come to our table. She rudely and loudly responded with "I'M NOT YOUR SERVER". Customers and staff on the opposite side of the bar even heard her. I was so stunned with this response. She was taking care of the other 5 tables in the area we were in. Just not ours. Maybe I wanted to order more food, which I did. But after that response, no way. We did stay to watch the rest of the game with the assistance of different server (Tatiana) that has waited on us in the past. It's funny how 1 bad apple...

We were here last night with a group of friends having a fun evening. A group next to us who were clearly drunk and over served became aggressive with our group and tried to start a fight. I was slapped in the face which broke my prescription glasses I was wearing. We were trying to de escalate and leave but this group was clearly looking for trouble. During this whole ordeal there is not one security or staff member coming over to help defuse the situation. If our group didn't have cooler heads this could have been a bad situation.
