I went to this store location (6555 S. Jones Blvd #110, Las Vegas, NV, 89118) today on 3/21/19 at 3:22 PM. From my observations I saw two people waiting on their orders and a couple in front of me waiting in line. I waited in line for 15 minutes before the ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE working there took my order. After taking my order I sat down and waited for my two smoothies I had ordered. At approximately 4:10 PM my order was ready. That is a total of 48 minutes to receive two smoothies from start to finish. I honestly felt bad for the one female employee working there because you could see the frustration and lack of motivation from the employee struggling with the work load and constant complaints from customers inside the business. It is obvious that the MANAGEMENT IS AT FAULT and DOES NOT CARE enough to hire more staff and have more than one or two blenders working. Sad part is this location is perfect for a business due to its location and could generate plenty of revenue if managed correctly. This is not just a one day occurrence I have been to this location many times since living in the area and there has always been problems I just can not believe that for the two years I have been going here that these simple problems have yet to be fixed. very simple to have your store staffed correctly and have functioning blenders along with a working stove. Sadly this location is not the only one struggling but there are a few that have their store in good condition and working efficiently. I happen to be here during lunch rush. There must have been at least 8 people in front of me. I was like damn it might be a minute. Then I see only one person taking care of everything. I mean, she was greeting customer as they walked in, taking orders, on the bar making smoothies. Preparing food in the back, to frontl cashier. WOW, she handled everything. Along with the rude customers she was dealing with. I finally made it to the front. It didn't seem that long of a wait but it was actually 35 mins. Even with all the things she was dealing with she still manage to be friendly and welcoming. I ask, is somebody on break? She replies with an apology for being the only one there. I did catch her name, Mary. I wish for her to have a wonderful day along with a $10 tip. I can't really wrap it around my mind thinking she was the only one there. Management should consider learning from her. Because even by herself,she manages to get the lunch rush thru. She definitely has Boss status in my book. So a big BOOOOOO to whoever scheduled to have only one person working. And she deserves at least 3x pay, she just put in work as if there were 3 employees back there. Just because they cancel doesn't mean I get a refund. I try calling the store twice because this is the only option in the app. It rings until it times out. So I send an employee to the location to see what's going on. She walks in to music blaring so loud she said no wonder they couldn't hear the phones. The person proceeds to tell her they have no online order. They attempt to make the order from an incomplete screen shot. Several smoothies were omitted and the other half were made wrong. I've contacted corporate MULTIPLE times over this and I still have no resolution. I paid a delivery fee and tip for a service that was not rendered to me! I've been told by corporate the location will have to contact me regarding my refund. I've not heard a peep from them. I don't like being a Karen, but I also hate paying for goods and services I do not receive. I know employees are new everywhere and places are short staffed, but even management is dropping the ball.
