I've never had a manager ARGUE with me when my food was made incorrectly and proceeded to say she will not correct it. I guess there is a first time for everything... This ENTIRE encounter started off on the wrong foot. My coworker went in wanted to order and the total came out to over $30 for 2 combos. My friend said that it didn't sound correct because online it takes $2~ off. So, my friend placed an online order today for pick up (Order #: 31076142710636549). My order (Medium #15 on sourdough) had no lettuce, tomato, onion, etc... It was just meat and cheese. Fine, no problem, miscommunication. I go to the store and say what happened and that I didn't eat it. Manager says "How would you know it doesn't have toppings on it if you haven't opened it yet?". There is NO WAY this is happening. I told her I OPENED it but, did not eat it because it had virtually nothing on it. After, I ask if they can just put the toppings on it, the manager says NO because it was made in front of my coworker. I told her I understand there could be a miscommunication but, this is not how I wanted the order made. She kept fighting me on it and kept saying she cannot add anything so, I said "Can you just make me a fresh one?" She snatched it from me and threw the sandwich in the trash. We start with the new sandwich, and she says I have to pay for this one????? HUH?! I stopped her and asked to speak to someone higher up because this is the worst experience ever. She calls the owner (Theresa) and hands me the phone, I explain the situation and she says, "We can add toppings no problem". I said, "It's too late because she said that she cannot add anything to it and that's why I told her to start fresh". The owner says "Okay, let me speak with her". They had an attitude as soon as she started helping me and wanted to give me a piece of broken bread for my sandwich to begin with. If I didn't notice they would have served me that too. After we noticed the order being incorrect it had no vegetables or sauce just meat and bread. We went back to get it fixed and she started screaming at my friend that they wouldn't fix it and she has to buy a new sandwich. She proceeded by throwing away the sandwich and saying she need to buy a new one. I was absolutely astonished something like this could ever happen. My friend asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded by saying it was her. She then asked for someone higher and she called the owner. they started arguing about it at first and then gave the phone to friend. The owner said it would be fine to add the missing toppings but my friend told her that wasnt even possible since she had thrown away her sandwich a key part the "manager" forgot to tell the owner. Read moreAngelica was working today July 11, 2024 from open to until I came to pick up my sandwhich at this location 6080 Badura Ave #140, Las Vegas, NV 89118. She was so rude, the most unhelpful, and she didn't know how anything worked. I placed an order online and I saw I mistakenly put pick-up so when I called she kept saying we don't do delivery instead of trying to help or give me options. I was at work I work about 15 minutes away and only have a 30 minute lunch. When I called back to see if I can camcle the order because I can't come to pick it up she kept telling me I had to cancle it online and I kept asking how she didn't give me any instructions just telling me to do it online. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the manager I asked to speak to someone above her and she hung up on me. Then I had to ask my boss if I could clock out early for lunch so I can go pick up my sandwich because she didn't want to help me in anyway.
