Every game broken in this place except the pool table. Bartender had horrible attitude, and didn’t tell us every game was broken before telling us to get tokens. After getting tokens and realizing all games were broken, they would not refund our money. Bartender stated it “wasn’t his job to babysit” and that the games have all been broken for two years. (This was our first time here, so how would we know?) He then refused to give us our money back. He stated that he hates his management, but refused to give us any contact number or customer service number to attempt getting our money back. He told us the only number he had was in the bathroom, which is a number that tells you to tell them how they are doing with cleaning their bathroom. He stated there was nothing he can do. Be careful of the bartender Derek he steals your money and touches your screens when your are playing which is very illegal to do. He charged me $20 for two plates of nachos demands you to tip him or he wont serve you anymore and god forbid you file a complaint cause he will kick you out. I dont know how dotties lets a rude employee like him still work for them especially when he makes homophobic remarks. I still havent got my money back nor a apology from corporate.
