My husband and I went to Fight Night card to see Aldo v Font (all of the match ups were bless) as an anniversary treat, and lawdddddd did we have the time of our lives. đ© We bought the VIP experience expecting that we just go there and watch the fights while eating fries and tenders.
Let's just say everything blew past our expectations.
The UFC staff members ARE the X factor that made our experience feel VIP. Everyone was super welcoming and did the best they can to provide a comfortable experience for us! They gave us tips in seeing (and getting star struck) or favorite fighters walk out. AndrĂ©, an awesome member, helped me find some Tylenol since I got a headache in between the fights. The buffet food was actually pretty good! The selection includes Beyond Meat lettuce wrap that tastes đ„ I ate like 15+ of those and that's probably the most veggies I ate in a day.
My oxygen level dropped below 90%, not from catching covid, but from forgetting to breathe after seeing Riddle, Jamahal, Aldo, Font, DC, and literally a bunch of monster fighters IRL instead of on our projector. đ It's surreal seeing Aljo in the parking lot. Anyways, the experience was more than worth buying a ticket to see fight...
Read moreThe venue is smaller and more intimate than youâd expect from UFC events on TV, but thatâs exactly what makes it special. Youâre way closer to the actionâthereâs really not a bad seat in the house. You can hear the corners yelling instructions, punches landing, and even the refâs conversations with the fighters. It gives you a whole new appreciation for the sport.
Security and staff were chill but professional, everything ran smoothly. The facility itself is clean, modern, and clearly built for productionâtons of screens, lighting rigs, and camera gear everywhere. It felt exclusive, almost like being part of a live taping rather than just a spectator.
Only downside? Limited food and drink options compared to bigger arenas. But honestly, youâre there for the fights, and this place delivers. If you ever get the chance to go, do it. Itâs a totally different vibe from the big pay-per-view crowdsâmore...
Read moreLove the Apex. I've seen a few fights there such as Font vs Vera, Dos Anjos vs Fiziev, Sandhagen vs Song, and now just got my tickets for Vera vs Sandhagen in Feb of 2023. The place is amazing, the staff always goes above and beyond. There truly is no place like the UFC Apex. Lots of people say they don't like the Apex because there arent thousands of fans in the stands. You have to try it if you're any fan of UFC. Those saying they don't like the Apex probably have never been. I prefer having a more intimate venue and exclusivity. This is a good way to keep out all the riff raff. Plus food and alcohol...
