I usually love BK when I live in Massachusetts. When I move to NH I go to the closest one which is epping .
I feel bad for this Burger King because the employees don’t care about their job or take pride out of it . The Employees are so bad that they made me and wife have no choice but to go to McDonald’s. Lose 2 customer because mistakes they keep doing . I always file complaints too many time
I Only stay because the refund I’ve decided to stay longer until when I see a girl touching her dirty phone talking and touching food . Seeing hair in the burger just because they don’t put their hair up in their hat or wear hair net
They need better management tell their employees to stop being lazy and slacking too much . Literally McDonald’s will be full. One time I went to McDonald’s because I had enough of bk bs but my wife argue that she want bk until she saw the bk took 30 minutes for her meal when McDonald took only 5 minute while having traffic at drive thru n a lot of cars in parking lot meanwhile bk is empty still take longer . How can you possibly take long with no car at driver thru n empty parking lot? If manager don’t take action they will lose all customer to McDonalds

Read moreI ordered food at the location yesterday and they never gave me my card back. When I needed it the next day for coffee I realized and went back to go get it. Now my card is an employee card from my company so it does not have my name on it and yes I dont like that it doesnt but I cant change it and barely use it for that reason. When I went back to get my card the man at the counter was very nice and prompt to help and all I said was that I never got my card back yesterday and explained what the card was. This other man slowly walks up to me and doesnt seem like he wants to give it to me and is so rude right off the bat when speaking and saying how he doesnt want to give it back because it doesnt have a name on it or signature. I barely use the card and I mean almost never, I described the entire card and what company it had on it and I also had my phone up to prove my purchase yesterday which he didnt even bother asking or giving me any chance to offer. There was no need for the attitude or lack of trust in this situation and the only reason I'm giving any stars is because of the really nice man that I first talked to. I dont know if he was having a bad day but he could have been a lot nicer about...
Read moreI went here on 9/8 around 7:30pm. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I ended up paying at the window and waiting forever before they told me it was going to be another 5 and sent me up in front of the drive through line to wait. I waited for probably another 5-10 mins then walked in. The first person I attempted to talk to looked like he was having some sort of acid flash back and wasnt sure if I was even real or not. He didnt even talk, he just stared at me confused and so did the lady cooking. The manager came up and told me it takes 6 mins to cook the sandwich and according to the drive through time I had been there for 10 (drive through time stops when you leave the line so I was actually there for at least 15) but I asked what happened to the other 4 mins? She just kept repeating that it takes 6 mins. I ended up waiting inside for another 5+ mins before I finally got my food. The only two people that I spoke to said they would update me and just ended up hiding. How hard is it to tell somebody before they pay that its not actually going to be FAST food?? Even if it was just going to be an extra 6 minutes, why not say that? Where do you guys get your employees?? No wonder this location...
