Market Basket — Local services in Epping

I understand that it's very busy, I understand that very well as I work in a kitchen as well. But I don't believe with the number of people working here it should take over 20 minutes for panini that takes at most 5 minutes, and a cheese burger that takes at least 5 as well. The woman who was serving me forgot one of the toppings I wanted on my burger, put way too much ketchup and mayo, and was just overall unpleasant. The panini/blt melt I ordered took 10 minutes to make, and the woman took forever getting what was needed to put on it. This is not my first time here, and the last time was just as bad. The woman who served me last time, the kitchen manager, was very rude and just unhappy to be there in general. I let the time slide last time because I had ordered three cheese burgers and I know that takes time. But the woman didn't put the toppings I wanted on 2 burgers, and overall it seemed very rushed and messy. I know market basket prizes customer service, but this might have been the worst service I've ever...

Went in early on a Friday afternoon around 3pm to order one cheese pizza and was told it would be well Over an hour wait . There women working the pizza area on 8/3/2023 was fairly matter of fact about it . Either she was in a poor mood or always that way . I have never had an issue here before and everyone else in the pizza area has always been super friendly and fairly quick or offer an apology if it’s going to be a while . She had no pizzas you could buy single Slices from . All empty however the little heater area where they pre pack food and box it up was full of thick pan pizza . I guess no one wants that one . She was just pretty rude about the way she handled it . I expect better from Market Basket . There were lots of employees on, bumping into each other . Maybe train one of those in the kitchen area . Usually market basket is spot on . I guess it just takes one bad Experience with a not so good employee to kind of turn...

On a friends constant recommendation to "Try the Market Basket Pizza!" We took the plunge tonight. Walked in to a very busy girl who advised it was a 45 min wait and then took my order, she was a lil grumpy but i chalked it up to a busy moment or maybe she was just having a bad day. But anywho off to my car i went and counted down the minutes. 35 min in i cave and go back in, grab a premade salad and peruse the ice cream section leaving empty handed. I make my way back to the pizza area to hear my name "Melanie, all set for you". With a smiling happier face she hands over the hot box. Have a great night pleasantries exchanged and off i hussle to the shortest register line. Pizza and a salad for under $16, what a win! Got home and was happily greeted with this beauty.
