Old Navy — Local services in Epping

This was my first visit to the store and every single employee made me feel welcome and like they cared about my experience. I have worked in Retail Management for 10 years and this is not easy to accomplish during a busy holiday season, especially during a pandemic! All of the employees I even walked past greeted me. Nichole greeted me immediately when entering the store which made me feel like she cared and she gave me advice on what may fit me best. Molly was managing the dressing rooms and went above and beyond to go grab me the exact style, size, and color that I needed when one size didn't fit. Shopping for clothing is often a stressful experience, especially during the holidays. This entire store made me feel like they cared about me and went out of their way to help me. On top of all of this, every employee was wearing their face masks and following CDC protocol. I must say as a frequent shopper at Old Navy. I am very disappointed with how my check out was today. As a plus size woman it is very hard for me to find pants and Old Navy is the only place for me to be able to find pants that properly fit me. I had $50 super cash and my intent was to use it all on my order today. I had asked the cashier About ordering some pants, because my size was not available in store…(which also happens often) and also if I could use my super cash towards those jeans. she proceeds to tell me no,I’m not sure. So now I’m paying $40 for jeans that could have been discounted if she had maybe called a manager over or asked for help instead of just saying no.
