Dez at the Epping store needs a raise/promotion—all of it. I bought an AT&T Netgear Nighthawk 5g Mobile Hotspot Pro online with BestBuy. When it came time to set it up it was insanely frustrating. No one could help me I got endlessly transferred, it didn't matter who I called BestBuy, GeekSquad, AT&T, half of the people didn’t even try to help they just transferred me in loops. All told probably spent 3 1/2-4 hours over the course of a few days and after the last call I just gave up and decided I needed to make time to stop into an AT&T store before I just called it quits and returned the whole thing.
I’m extremely thankful for Dez’s help I was in and out in under 20 minutes, she set up an account for me, got my SIM card installed and made sure everything was working before she sent me on my way with all of my account information written down for my records.

Read moreI went into the store where two guys were working with one customer. I was told it would be awhile because they were working on a "major issue". One of the guys eventually came to find out what I needed. While explaining he cut me off and turned to his co- worker asking when he could go on break. I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for and the guy did not look at me once. He told me AT&T was losing money on my current plan because it is an older plan and by upgrading they would save money. With them saving money my bill would end up an additional $40. It wasn't making sense, the man clearly was not interested in helping and gave generic answers. He told me I would not find a better deal. I left and called customer care and received a much different quote and was told whatever he said about AT&T losing money was not true. ...
Read moreHonestly, I think that going to the big label mobile phone stores is second only to going to the DMV. However, I have proof now that simply is not true. I had a fabulous experience at AT&T in Epping NH today. Who knew? The young man running the place today was cheerful, an excellent multitasker (he helped multiple customers at once), and an expert at the subject matter itself. I had gone in for the full monty. I needed my old phone transferred to a new phone (Apple), a new screen protector, and a case - oh, and I needed to change all of my payment details in the AT&T system as well. He accomplished all of this no differently than a conductor leading a world famous symphony orchestra. Thank you for taking care of me today. I look forward to finding a reason...
