Wendy's — Restaurant in Epping

No complaints about service or food, but the reason for the review is the scene I witnessed during my visit. A young man came to the counter and said he just purchased the burger at Wendy's down the road, and when he unwrapped it after leaving the restaurant, the burger turned out to be burnt. So could he have it replaced, he asked the cashier. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn't grasp, said that all Wendy's restaurants are independently owned and operated, and theirs is not affiliated with the one down the road, but his manager would probably do anything in her power to help him. The manager, a young, very professionally acting girl, confirmed what was said about this Wendy's not connected in any way to the other one, but that she'd be happy to replace the burnt burger free of charge. When totally satisfied customer left, I told the server that I admired the way he handled the situation. He smiled, winked at me and said: "Next time he'd probably come straight to our place. I am not a person who leaves many reviews, especially at a fast food restaurant. However, here it is.

We are 3 adults and 3 children under 6 walk in. Immediately we were greeted and asked if we were ready to order (in a nice way). We weren't and we went on deciding. As we decided, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She even went above and beyond when spelling out "S-o-d-a?" so my kids wouldn't follow up on it when ordering the kids meal. The food was prepared much quicker than a usual fast food restaurant. When we went to pick it up, the staff made sure we grabbed the right trays and even remembered each of our names for each tray. They also verified that our orders were correct, down to the smallest details.

The tables were clean and the food was some of the better fast food I have had in some time.

This Wendy's is one of the best Wendy's in all of New England. And I would have rated 5 stars. .Uhhhh.... When its open !!! Unfortunately I got there a little too early, actually, very very early and they were not open yet. But that was my own fault and I needed to get to work extra early that day. But I have been there many many times, the staff is great the food is not just good, it is exquisitely excellent. The help is very friendly, and courteous and the restaurant is always clean. The bathrooms are exceedingly clean. That's not an easy thing to say about fast food chains. Usually the bathrooms in most other places oh, well oh, you'd rather hold it and wait to go home. Try this Wendy's if you are really into good burgers, great people end fantastic chili. And you have to try their new french fries. These of the french fries that beat the clowns Fry's.
