The older woman working the drive thru on Sunday morning at 7am on July 4, 2021 is the rudest, more cruel individual I have ever come in contact with. She was abrasive and aggressive because she did not like the response to a question she asked. In the end, we left due to her attitude and aggressiveness towards us. I understand the order was large, but there is no need to treat customers this way. I also found out there is no manager at this location and I would think this would be a wise decision, to obtain an individual that can handle the demand of the customers and has a positive and friendly attitude that could be passed down to the employees. This is completely uncalled for. No customer should be put down this way. If this woman does not like her job, she should get a new one. It would be wise for the owner to handle the employees and teach these people how to have a friendly attitude and how to talk to customers. Just because the label order says it has it doesn't mean it's put in. I come to this location a couple of times a week. The staff has always been friendly and easy to approach if I have a question, but there is rarely an issue with my order. Unfortunately, this must be the worst one Iâve ever been to, and I finally hit the mark yesterday where I needed to leave a negative review after receiving poor customer service when I asked to get my coffee remade after getting the wrong order 2 days in a row, and then getting stares and laughs from a bratty employee drinking Aroma Joes on the job!
The only one to seem friendly is the manager, and unless she is there, the rest of the crew is awful. The boy they frequently have at the drive-thru window is awful and is unfriendly and doesnât care about the accuracy of any order. The rest of the staff is the same.
This place needs to completely recruit a new crew. I know several people that will drive to the Chichester Dunkinâ Donuts just so they donât have to experience this...
