Arby's — Restaurant in Erie

I absolutely love dis Arby's!! Everytime i come back home to Erie to visit my family, i make sure i go here, mostly bcuz of da kind employees!! As i always say its nice when ur food is hot & good BUT when u get amazin service, to me dat means so much more!! Im silly and love to laugh and to make otha ppl laugh or smile, especially if dere havin a badd day, i like lettin dem kno i appreciate dem and ive been told dey truly appreciate dat!! I kno its hard workin in customer service and food service dese days bcuz ppl have lost dere minds & feel so entitled which is not fair!! And i do kno some employees can b mean too but 2 wrongs dont make a right!! But at dis Arby's everyone is absolutely AMAZIN!! I will admit i do ask for fresh fries (lol) but i always tell them im ok to wait & for them to take dere time bcuz i understand dere busy and if i want fresh fries I am absolutely fine to b patient and to wait!! Ppl kill me when dey ask for fresh food but get madd when they have to wait, smh, wat dey want hot grease!! The employees do dere best to make sure they give u da best service they can but they cant make ur chicken or wateva food u order fresh in 2 minutes unless u want dem to give u a fresh clucking chicken!! Patience & kindness go a long way and i give it and its a blessing when it's reciprocated!! So i thank everyone at dis Arby's & GOD BLESS DEM & U!! Thanx again & GOD BLESS...

This was the worst experience at Arby's by far first off they refried the onion rings the food was cold and we didn't get our condiments. We ordered 2 Arby's roast beef did not get the Arby's sauce, we ordered the slider platter which was cold, we ordered a large and small jalapeño poppers they didn't give us condiments, and the Onion rings which was refried to heat up. Terrible service we went there on March 1, 2018. They were definitely slow because of the snow we were having in Eriy...

I had this Arbys DEEP FRIED TURKEY W/ Arbys sauce (added myself) another sauce(maybe Mayo or Miracle Whip)lettuce, tomato, BACON, CHEDDAR CHEESE, and some kind of Amazing bun and the rest of the meal which included Curly Fries and a Coca-Cola (or other refreshing drink) .. A Large Meal cost me over the $9 mark but well worth it. That Sandwich on its own REALLY hit the spot . I would give Arbys a 4 star rating because of the price if the sandwich wasn't so...
