We had the absolute pleasure of having Niagara Creamery cater our daughter’s first birthday party, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience! From the very beginning, Karla, the owner, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely excited to help make the day special. She brought in the most delicious ice cream bar that was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. The flavors were fresh and absolutely delicious. What really stood out was how much Karla went above and beyond. She truly cared about making the celebration memorable and it showed in every detail. If you’re thinking about adding a fun, sweet, and memorable touch to any event — Niagara Creamery is the way to go. We’re so grateful and will absolutely be calling on them again in the future!

While in Erie for work, I heard that Niagara Creamery had the best ice cream in town- I had to come try. First, great parking situation across the street. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who kindly gave me her recommendation on flavors- coffee cookies & cream and banana pudding. Both were good, but banana pudding was GREAT! You can tell that this ice cream is made by them. From the locals, they source their dairy and fruit from all local farms- that's half of what makes it so special. The other half is the family that owns/runs it- a super friendly and devoted bunch. It's great to see a small, family business producing quality product. Thanks, Niagara! You know I'll be there next time I'm in town!

Great Experience at Niagara Creamy I visited Niagara Creamy and tried their ice cream flight — Peach Cobbler, Brownie Fudge, Raspberry Cheesecake, and Karamel Krunch. Each flavor was delicious and made with their own homemade ice cream, which really shines in the rich, creamy textures. The flavors were vibrant and satisfying, especially the Peach Cobbler and Karamel Krunch. Friendly staff and quality ice cream make this a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Visited Niagara Creamery on an out of town visit. It was the BEST ice cream I’ve ever tried. Truly everything was a 10/10. The location was quaint- a covered ā€œpatioā€ area, bench style tables and nice Adirondack style chairs. The prices were awesome and especially fair given the freshness and uniqueness of the flavors. We didn’t try it today, but I found the ā€œice cream flightā€ (4- 2 oz servings) option to be super cool and unique! The owners allowed us quite a few samples- one equally as delicious after another. We landed on the banana pudding (recommended with hot fudge and caramel by one of the owners) as well as the blackberry cheesecake. My daughters got classic chocolate and their ā€œslushie fusionā€, which was also something I hadn’t seen before! A traditional slushie mixed with vanilla ice cream- yum! While we waited for our orders we happily chatted with the owners who were just plain warm and inviting. We heard the story of their passion for the business and even their love of the Great Dane mascot out front- Dobby. As a small business the connection with customers is so important and they nailed this! All in all the flavors were fresh (so much of their menu is home made using fresh ingredients!) and simply amazing. Anytime I visit Erie again I’ll be sure to come again! I wish them nothing...

Stopped here today with my family. The workers are extremely nice. The ice cream I had was the best I have ever tasted. The flavor was outstanding. I had a milkshake, it was delicious. I get to taste my wifes sundae vanilla with chocolate syrup, peanut butter cup ice cream with pecans, OMG, it was absolutely amazing. My daughter had a flurry with caramel and Oreo, it was super delicious. My mother-in-law had a cake cone with raspberry cheesecake ice cream, she said it was delicious and the flavor was very impressive. We madea point to let the staff know how much we appreciate them and how much we enjoyed our treat. Highly recommend this place, the work hard and definitely make the very best ice cream treats. Can't wait to return next year as we live pretty far away in Washington, Pennsylvania. Great job by all, keep up...

Best locally made gourmet ice cream in Erie!! Located in the heart of Erie's East side amongst neighboring homes and businesses...just love the hometown feel of it. Kids riding up on their bikes, college kids taking a break, tourists looking for dessert and dog owners bringing their pups (and themselves), for a cool treat. Erie summertime doesn't get any better than this.

On day one, I had the banana pudding ice cream in a crunchy fresh waffle cone...perfection. Then, I came back for day two, and had a scoop of the mint chocolate chip ice cream in a generous cup. Took home a huge homemade chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich filled with vanilla ice cream (they are custom made with whatever flavor you want in the middle). šŸ˜Ž. Support this Erie locally owned and operated ice cream shop ...you are in for a...
