Burger King — Restaurant in Erie

Ice cream machine is broken all the time, debating starting a go fund me for them (what is this McDonald's?!?) one time I waited almost an hour for my food. Id rather go to Wendy's, at least they have a working ice cream machine 😭. But it's the only fastfood place nearby so we're doomed to return to the wretched ice cream less French fry factory! The nerve! Gosh. Ugh, I need my Oreo shake I've had to resort to buying ice cream and Oreos from the Walgreens next door to make my own! EDIT I went back... After many days of debate I decided it was time. I tried.. they still didn't have my Oreo milkshake... Changing it from 2 stars to ONE LITTLE ITTY BITTY STAR. I'd be HAPPY to bring it up if this burger king EVER gets it back to normal. EDIT 2 I went back again... Still no Oreo shake, we need to protest! This is outrageous! And Unacceptable! It should be fixed! It's been like 3 months! (Or 3 years) FIX THIS! Edit 3: I WENT BACK AGAIN AFTER A LONG DEBATE!! big mistake. Out of everything! No Oreo shake 🙄🤦. No frozen fanta thing! Ugh the audacity! Don't go here. If I could I would give them NEGATIVE five stars! Ughhhhh 😩 someone give them a hand and help them out! They advertised their new nerds slushy on the screen. Take a guess. THEY DIDNT HAVE IT! WHATS NEXT? NO FRIES??? EDIT 4: I went back, unfortunately, STILL NO OREO SHAKE! UGH! Go someplace else, there's a Chick-fil-A opening soon! THANK GOSH! I don't think I could survive this again. EDIT 5: I went back, after a long debate. It was a great decision! They fixed it! THEY FIXED THE ICE CREAM MACHINE! Hands down the most unreliable fast food option in this town. (In reality, the only fast food) When you are in need of food because you are on the go, and you don’t have cash, avoid this place at all costs. Their card machine for their drive-thru is constantly broken and their food is never hot when you get it. Probably the two most important things to maintain as a restaurant these days. I get that it’s fast food and the bar is not high. But, come on. Try to at least reach for the bare minimum in the food service business. I couldn’t even make a purchase in the drive through. It’s a drive-thru for a reason, so you can grab it from your car and go. If I have to get out, and walk in to purchase because I have no cash on me, how is that even a thing. I have money I want to spend with you and have little time. Run the charge through your other machine and move on. But, no… absolutely no common sense. Are they that locked in to processes that they can’t adjust? It cost me time I didn’t have, and I couldn’t buy myself lunch, because the other cars boxed me in and obscured the signs they taped on the machine. I asked if I could just order in the drive-they knowing they can take the card on the other machine in their store and park and pay inside, meeting them half way, and they couldn’t even accommodate that!! Seriously? Thanks Burger King! Fix...

I'm a regular here for about the last 5 months. Mostly because this is the only fast food joint on my way to and from work. I order breakfast here a couple times a week, and often order the same thing. I always hope to get one of the good employees at the window, because they make ordering food here worth it. For a while, I was ordering the exact same thing every day for quite a while, so when I pulled up to the spot to order, they just told me the total and I pulled through to the window and was able to pay and get out in less than 30 seconds. This only happens with 2 particular, rad employees. They never messed up my order. Other employees are a different story. I've had missing items, and inconsistent experiences. I see the 2 rad employees less often than I used to, and I get some more random ones. They don't always mess up the order, but when I order the pancakes, I sometimes get 3 butters and 1 syrup, or 3 syrups and one butter. This morning, I opened the bag given to me with my order, the butter was already open and spilled. I give this a 3 star because this place tastes just like any other BK, and some of the staff are great. I didn't give a 5 star because some of the staff just isn't great. I've never had an experience where I had to wait very long, but I have had some inconsistent experience with the quality of the person...
