Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

I ordered a New York style Extravaganza pizza with extra mushrooms for delivery. Upon receiving my pizza it did not have extra mushrooms, in fact it didn't have any mushrooms instead it have jalapeños. It probably would have been okay if it were just missing the mushrooms, but because I suffer from very bad heartburn I'm unable to eat the pizza. I contacted the store and was first speaking to a very nice and apologetic gentlemen that advised me he would need to get his manager to help me. I was advised by the manager that he would be willing to give me a credit for the pizza, I asked him to please deliver another pizza as I am unable to eat the one that was delivered and I am hungry, he told me he wouldn't do that because they were very backed up and short on drivers. After insisting that I would like the pizza that I ordered and paid for to be replaced, I was told it would delivered in 3 hours. I asked the gentleman for his name, he replied that he was the general manager, I again asked him for his name, he replied "I don't have to tell you that", I then asked for his supervisor's name, again he refused to give me a name. LISTEN TO THESE BAD REVIEWS!!! We were in the middle of moving and attempted to order some pizzas for our helpers and the pizzas never showed up in accordance to the DoorDash map and our whole family was sitting there waiting for them. When we called, we were told WE were being rude for asking where our pizza was over and over and the said they don’t deliver to our address. They turned the blame on US for ordering the pizzas. How would we know they can’t deliver to us if DoorDash suggests their location and accepts the order? Another twist in the story, turns out they delivered our pizzas to a totally different house who also had a pizza order but wasn’t honest enough to say they weren’t theirs. The delivery guy also “claimed” he talked to me over the phone and confirmed this different address with “me” which is a BLATANT lie and my phone record would show that. He finally admitted he didn’t talk to me, but this other person who had an order instead and took them our food. As someone newer to this area we know where we will never be ordering from. No offer for a refund, nothing. Just a sorry, we don’t come your way and we took your food to another...

Been ordering Dominos for years but that ended tonight…Ordered 6 pizzas online at 5:59pm with the estimated delivery saying 20-30mins. After patiently waiting over an hour I called the store for an update and was told they are having a lot of issues and it is on its way. After another 30 minutes I called back again to figure out what’s going on only to be told it was “in route.” Waited another 30 minutes and called and was told they messed up one of the pizzas and it was going to leave the store in 2 minutes to be delivered and they will refund the order. After 20 minutes (now after 8:30pm) I called to see if our dinner would ever make it here, was told they haven’t even started our order!! So told them to cancel it! All we wanted was the truth haha

**Update: at 8:50pm I was walking out the door to go pick up Black Jack and here comes the delivery driver with our 6 pizzas. I appreciate the dedication but it took 3 hours and we will be eating leftover...
