They have good food but they can't keep up with orders so they do a lot of mistakes. Like my wife had a foot surgery and she wasn't able to go inside and I called to let them know that my wife will come so they can bring the food to her car and there was a sign inside to check your order before you leave premises but my wife didn't see it. They missed an entire plate so I called and claimed and they said they will reimburse the plate after a struggle because it seems like it happens a lot and that's why they put the sign up too. Anyway when I called back to claim my missing plate they said my name wasn't there. I just gave them extra money without having the food and the right service. That's a shame. Not buying anything...

The food is spectacular. Everything tasted amazing and authentic. The tostones were very delicious and the rice was perfect. The steak was tender and juicy and melted in my mouth. The empanadillas were very savory and flavorful. The cashier was very friendly and made great recommendations. The wait wasn't too long and everything smelled and tasted delicious. I love that the hours are limited because it creates that feeling of the food being more exclusive and specialized and there is a daily special all the time. I will definitely be going back here. Everything was delicious, flavorful and authentic Puerto Rican style! Pork was perfect and didn't need any hot sauce, just enough fat and couldn't be more tender, real red rice with peas, lots of flavor on the rice, the Platanos were just right! Not too sweet and cooked perfectly. I couldn't resist the fried stuff and got an empanada, potato/beef croquette and fried banana with ground beef! Everything was just right. Ill be visiting again soon. Time to slip into a food...
