Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

This shops is one of the worst pizza places in Erie Pa. The employees are unknowledgeable, argumentative and unpleasant. Leaving out everytine we have ordered this store has either gotten something wrong or immediately placed me on hold without a word for over 5 minutes. Tonight, who id assumr is a manager, as she was wearing a red shirt, argued with my husband when he called to complain about the way our pizza wasnt cut, called him a liar and said she cut the pizza herself and then hung up on him. When we made it to the store, we were not acknowledged when we walked in, i watched this woman walk from the back while on her phone, look up at us, and go mess with stuff on the cutting table before she would even say anything. She came to the front, we asked for the price of the pizza back... Asked her to confirm the pizza was cut into 4 slices and not 8 and she even then argued with us and said it was only because the cutter didnt go all the way through, which I get... But this pizza was clearly not cut in anything but 4 slices... She gave us our money back with attitude and we left. Never again. This store is always rude and unkempt and the employees are...

Ordered my 5 Pizza from them on May 31st. One of the pizza was made incorrectly, so we called the store and spoke with manager on the phone. They apologized and said they would remake our pizza. An hour later we still had not heard from them. So we called back and they had forgotten about us. So I said well I am not going to wait another hour for my pizza. The manager apologized again and said he would send me a comp card for my whole meal. I waited a whole week on Friday when I still had not received my card I called the General Manager who told me it had just been put in the mail Friday. I waited for 5 days than called the customer service hotline. They took my complaint and told me that someone would call me in 3 days. It has been another whole week and I have not heard from any one.

This is the worst customer care I have dealt with in this industry. Do not waste your time or money on this company anywhere, but specifically not...

This place is terrible first off I simply ordered a pizza that mind you took about an hour to get to my apartment complex when maps only says its a 10 minute drive up the road. Then the pizza came to the apartment and I watched and waited for the delivery driver to come to my door, he never left the vehicle and then took off. I later then called the store and explained to them what happened and they said that he can come back to the place and drop the same pizza off but it won't be till a while cause he has other orders to fill first. As if I wanted to wait longer and then now have a cold pizza. I then asked if I could get a new one freshly made when he returned to the local shop and they answered no you only get the pizza that was ordered if I wanted another pizza I had to order a new one even though I never got the first one. Like really?!? Super unhappy and really wish something could be...
