I encountered a very rude young black woman working at the cashier's kiosk and who also delivered food to the tables. Her deliberate rudeness and lack of customer attendance was very obvious. She never said one word to me nor asked how else she could help when I placed my order.. She also never asked if it was dine-in or take out but I did have a table number plaque. After waiting a considerable length of time and not getting our food I went up to the front and inquired if my food was ready or not. She indicated that it had been sitting in 'pick up' for some time. When I stated that it had not been for pick up she said I never told her otherwise. I remarked back that she had never asked and why then would I be handed a number? Another employee handled the mistake and told this girl to apologize to me at which point she said: I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE. This is completely unacceptable behavior in an industry where customer satisfaction should be the utmost concern. I believe immediate termination of this employee is the appropriate action. I would not want someone like this to represent my business. And my family will not participate at this particular...
Read moreI repeated and clarified my order multiple times as the cashier kept making errors when ringing it up. Her voice became indignant when making the changes as if irritated that I was asking her to get my order correct. I was supposed to have a plain burger meal and 2 Apple fritters. I got a burger with mayo and ketchup, no fries, 1 fritter. Had to park and go in to fix it and they took no responsibility. No, “my apologies, let me look into this” just grabbed a new burger then sauntered off to prove I was wrong by looking at their screen. While standing there two women came in with large orders saying they were given the wrong food as well. I left before those women got agitated. There was no staff shortage or other indicator that multiple errors like this should made within minutes. Additionally the staff body was largely teens and young adults but an elderly woman in a fluorescent vest is the one running delayed and incorrect orders to the car and the floor and stairs were slippery as I almost fell twice. Clearly customer service training needs...
Read moreMy wife and I had the worst experience ever, while going through the drive-thru. While taking our order, the employee would not speak clearly at all. I had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. I was so frustrated that I just said ok, and drove to the next window to pay. I asked the employee for a military discount after showing my ID. She left for a few minutes and came back to speak to me. She would not even open her mouth to speak to me. Once again, I had to ask this person to please raise her voice. She never did, and never gave me my military discount! I paid and drove to the next window to get my order. That experience was also horrible. This different employee, just threw the bag with my order at me. She never said a word and did not even respond to my thank you. On top of this, we went home and items were missing from our order! Could you please hire employees that want to work? It would greatly improve the horrible customer service that we...
