Taco Bell — Restaurant in Erie

I come to this taco bell all the time since it’s the closest to where I live. I never go inside and strictly use the drive thru so my review will reflect my experience using that only.

Today, I had an amazing order - whoever was working the lunch shift put in the extra effort and it made my day. My cheesy bean & rice burrito and spicy soft potato taco had a good amount of chipotle sauce, more than I experience at most Taco Bell’s.

Otherwise, this Taco Bell is your run of the mill Taco Bell. Most days they don’t do anything atrocious and because of that I don’t see the point in docking points.

In the past, sometimes at night it did take them a long time to serve you (10+ min with me being the only car in line), and although they have recently fixed this, I don’t want to rate the store 5 stars because I don’t know if I just got lucky those days or if they made a concerted effort to change the issue. I’ll edit this review in the future if they are consistently doing well.

Overall, this place serves fast food, expect fast food, they do good for what they do, and they made my day today. I hope...

Went through the drive thru and I always check my food because 99% of the time it's wrong but it's Taco Bell so I deal with it. But my husband and I ordered 6 tacos and the girl at the drive thru gives us the lady behind us order. We walked back up to the window and they made us give the lady behind us the order that was supposed to be hers. We then pull over in the parking lot expecting someone to give us our food because I'm not gonna stand in the drive thru lane. We had to walk inside and she didn't even have our order she gave it to someone else! How can you work in food service and not read a ticket on a screen! So we got the wrong food and then no one even was gonna come give us our food, they had to completely remake it when we walked inside and when it was handed out they said "your the guy with the wrong order here you go." Should really re-train your employees on how to read tickets and ensure not only my order is correct but the other 5 cars that are now getting handed...

We initially went through the drive thru but ended up missing half of our order, so we went inside with the receipt to ask for the missing items I paid for. A female employee with blonde hair and glasses working in the kitchen saw me waiting in line and said very loudly "you better hurry up, we got someone staring me down over there" to another member of staff. First of all, I wasn't "staring anyone down," I was simply waiting to have someone come to the counter so I could ask for the items I was missing. I wouldn't have had to come inside at all if my order had everything in it to begin with. When I finally got what I was missing from my order, the woman slammed the bag down as if I did something wrong and didn’t say anything else to me. I just took the bag and left. Second of all, I stood there for nearly 20 minutes before ANYONE came up to the counter to talk to me or anybody else waiting in line. Third of all, all of the food we ordered tasted off.
