Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Erie

I love Tim horton's coffee as well as their breakfast foods but I honestly can say I'm not too fond of this particular Tim Horton's. I will give credit to one of the young gentlemen who works there because he has always been polite and professional in all his interactions with me while ordering at the drive thru. He is also very upbeat and smiles as if he actually cares enough to see that you're taken care of. But most of the time you pull up and no one comes to the speaker in drive thru and you're the one saying hello to get someone's attention to take your order. And some of the workers tones in their voices sound as if they're irritated your even placing an order. I have also sat inside the establishment and heard conversations amongst some of the younger girls working the front desk. Not because I'm eves dropping but because they are so loud that even someone with headphones in could hear their conversations. They draw attention to themselves and the things they decide to speak of are pretty inappropriate. From the cussing to the talk of sexual interactions they've had, it's enough to make your head spin. At one point I decided to take my order and leave the establishment just to get some peace and quiet elsewhere while studying or catching up on work. I've also gotten several wrong orders made while at the drive thru, as well as having to repeat my order back several times to correct them due to them not listening the first time. I also bought an older lady her breakfast just to be kind and she snubbishly didn't say boo, hiss, piss on you and you guessed it, or thank you. It seems a certain brand of people embody this Tim Horton's which mirrors that of some of the staff. Great drink and food but the professionalism could definitely be...

Very dismayed to see this place go down. I was there with my sister a couple weeks ago and the service was atrocious. There were three young women in there with one doing all the work! Apparently the other two were new but they did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge our presence. After waiting around for the other girl to come and take our order we sat down to wait for our food. We were first given the doughnuts which we ate while still waiting. They were not fresh. After about 10-12 minutes we got the toasted steak sandwich which was dried out with not much filling. Then we finally got the lattes we ordered. While we were in there, only one other person came in for a couple of drinks so they were not busy at all. But each time one of the items was ready we had to go up to get it. We were looking for Splenda and this one girl just looked in the general direction it was and said over there. Could not be bothered to walk over and help us find it even though she was doing nothing since we got there but laugh and chat with her friend. In addition, the floors and tables needed to be wiped down. There were coffee spills, food, crumbs and paper over most of the floor. If these two girls are any indication of the kinds of people who will be working at this Tim Horton’s, then save yourself any frustration and go to the other one on...

Normally my sister & I come here daily to get an ice caramel macchiato... Literally basically daily... They had a girl we never seen before working the drive through.. we ordered our normal drinks.. as soon as we got them we knew that something wasnt right... My cup had caramel all over the outside of it so as soon as I grabbed it my hands got all sticky... I very nicely asked if she could I just dump it I to another cup... I guess that was such an issue because she offered just a new lid...okay awesome thanks . Pulled past the drive through to realize our drinks were nothing but syrup ... Never had such a NASTY taste of coffee in my whole life.. straight syrup.. so we went inside and very nicely asked to have them remade and she said well this is how I made them... If you want to sit down give me 5 minutes so I can finish my drive through orders .. remade them, still horrible. Straight syrup... I will make sure to just stop at McDonald's and get a dollar coffee that will...
