I did not ask for hair on my chicken nuggets they completely messed up my burger and ice cream machine is always broken and I went to McDonald’s expecting a quick and decent meal, but this visit was a disaster. The service was painfully slow, even though the place wasn’t busy. When I finally got my order, my fries were cold and stale, and my burger looked like it had been thrown together in a rush—completely squashed with barely any toppings. The drink was mostly ice, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the issues. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.
I visited McDonald’s recently, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. What I encountered throughout the entire process was frustrating, confusing, and frankly, not worth the money.
To begin with, the service was slow. I understand that fast food chains can sometimes get busy, but it took nearly 15 minutes for my simple order to be prepared, which is far from the "fast" service that McDonald's is known for.
When I finally received my meal, it was cold. The fries were soggy and undercooked, lacking the crispiness you expect from McDonald’s. The burger itself was a mess—sloppy and poorly assembled, as if it had been hastily put together by someone with no care for quality.
The food didn’t taste fresh at all. The bun was stale, the lettuce limp, and the pickles tasted off. I couldn't even finish my burger because of the unpleasant aftertaste. It felt like I was eating leftovers rather than a freshly prepared meal.
The quality of ingredients was subpar. The beef patty was thin, dry, and lacked any flavor, making me question if it was made from real meat. The cheese, which should’ve been melted perfectly, was cold and almost rubbery.
To make matters worse, my drink was also unsatisfactory. I ordered a soda, but it was flat, with no carbonation, as though it had been sitting out for hours. This was an unexpected letdown, considering how simple it is to get a properly carbonated drink.
Another issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were sticky, and the floor was littered with trash. It was clear that the staff had not taken the time to clean and maintain the dining area, which made the entire environment feel unwelcoming.
The restroom was even worse. It was dirty, smelly, and in desperate need of maintenance. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hygiene was appalling, and it only added to the overall negative experience.
The staff were neither friendly nor attentive. I tried to ask the cashier a simple question about the menu, and they gave me a curt and uninterested response. It felt as though they were just going through the motions without any genuine care for the customers.
As I sat down to eat, I noticed that there were employees standing around, chatting with each other and not paying attention to the needs of the customers. This lack of professionalism was off-putting and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
The noise level inside the restaurant was excessive. I understand that fast food chains can be busy, but the loud chatter and clattering trays made it difficult to enjoy a meal in peace. It seemed like no effort had been made to create a pleasant dining environment.
I also found the ordering process to be confusing. The kiosk I tried using to place my order was malfunctioning, and I had to wait for help from an employee. After finally getting my order in, I was disappointed to see that they had made a mistake with my customization requests.
I specifically asked for no pickles on my sandwich, yet when I opened the wrapper, there they were—sitting right in the middle. It's frustrating when a simple request isn’t honored, and it only adds to the negative impression of the restaurant. One more thing go to Chick-fil-A it is is...
Read moreI've had issues with this McDonald's more than once, this time I made my whole order 15+20 minutes in advance got there and was offered a wrong order and I let them know it wasn't my order, they asked me to pull forward and I had to wait another 20+ minutes at the window while they served 6-7 customers behind me before they got to me, then my order was wrong, I ask for extra bacon and no onion on my triple cheeseburger. I had one strip of bacon and onions on my burger. I will not be coming to this McDonald's ever again. I threw the burger out as they effectively ruined it, and the rest of my night. I couldn't even leave a customer complaint because they didn't give me my receipt either, easily the worst experience I've had ordering from McDonald's yet . I didn't have time to wait for them to correct anything because I have to be up early the next morning and had to go home, and can't wait another 20+ minutes for another wrong order. Also as someone who also works as a manager in food service it's really not worth my time to complain as I doubt it will have any effect of the service of the night staff based on how they run the store and I would recommend completely avoiding this location and just driving a few miles extra to the McDonald's on 287 because they actually do a good job and give good service, this place isn't worth your...
Read moreMy commnet is on the education level and management training of young employees in the drive through on "Makeing CHANGE". I use to laugh but it happens so often (11 times in the last 2 yeasr) it is a scary window into the education system and lack of trainng and observation by managers. Price of a Senior coffee plus tax is: $0.76. Wanting to get a quarter back as change, I'll hand the clerk $1.01 ( a dollar bill and a penny). What I got back was $0.23. So quiz the young lady, so why do you think I gave a penny with the dollar. Eyes glaze over. The change should be 25 cents (One Quarter). The most confused look ever. So jsut drove off the windoe #2. As the young boy haded me the coffee I asked him: Sine the coffee cost 76 cents, if I give you One Dollar and a penny, how much change should you give? The answer I got back was: "I was never good at math which is why the put me in window #2". When a penny can so discombobulate McDonald's employees at the Firestone store, it has become one of my best Facebook and Twitter response posts. When I'm tired, coming home from Denver, headed up north, this has become my comedy relief. So far the number of fails runs 50:50 in the number of times the correct...
