I would say this was a good job but I’d be lying. They have a union that they work with and they don’t tell you until your done with the hiring process, so basically you would be paying minimum tax and union included every week 200-300 out of your check. I was only told about the union once I got packets sent to my house. The lack or responsibility is overwhelming. The “foreman” will ignore you when you have complaints because there’s the union but it’s really hard to get ahold of HR. In three positions I was changed in I had to deal with sexism so basically trainers wouldn’t train me so they would know more than me. I would talk to several foreman’s about this and I was ignored . they also change you to into a different positions almost every month, they assigned me from 7 pm -3am and the week coming in I had to come in at 3am-11am not to mention the lack of care. I was going to school at the time and because of their lack of care I was dropped out because I changed my school schedule over 3 times. All in all they really don’t care about the workers and they only focus on the numbers, and themselves, so I would consider this all before...
