Burros & Fries East Valley parkway — Restaurant in Escondido

I'm sorry to say this is my first time to enter this facility they have a very nice looking place and excellent drive-thru but unfortunately it's in the hands of one individual that thinks she is God's gift to this earth if I asked you questions about what the meals are like it's almost as if I am insulting her there was another girl younger then the one I encountered a little problem in communication she was very sweet but she's not in charge so we go back to the other one she lacks customer service which is 90% off the front register when people come in to order when you have a chip on your shoulder or you have an attitude or you think that the customer it's not smart because they're asking questions that's definitely a turn off so that was my first time to be there and it is my last time hopefully for the owners they will train this individual how to give customer service much better and then while I am sitting down eating a guy walks in little bit greasy shirt goes behind the counter does something with the register then proceeded to go in the back get himself something to either drink or eat and then few minutes later he disappears outside I mean the place has absolutely no customers except one and the drive-through maybe two cars this place must cost the owner of a lot of money unfortunately for him he has some very immature bad service I hope he will get this message and do something about that East Valley Parkway or it won't last long because that's a lot of investment and I hope the little guy with a greasy shirt I hope he's not the owner that is really very bad influence for the rest of the employees maybe that explains why they do what they want how they want to the customers and nobody take notice anyway no sweat off my hide I just move on to a better place and I hope that you will do something I bought it because Beth criticism or good criticism is always good for improvement I could say more but I'll leave it at that the food was a very good portion but unfortunately I did not care for any of the sauce it would have been nice if they had chipotle sauce or the fish tacos they already taste better with it just...

Accessibility: I did not see any disabled parking spots. From the parking lot to the building is paved flat ground, so no ramps needed. The doors to enter the building are pull doors. They also have a drive-thru, but the menu is not one of those digital ones where you can see your order written. They do have tables with moveable chairs inside for indoor seating. Outside I saw no tables or chairs. They accept cash and card payments.

Experience: I came on a Friday night and there was only one car in line in the drive-thru! The service was super fast, the female employees were super nice, and I was surprised at how good the food was! I loved my "grilled chicken street tacos," and my partner enjoyed their quesadilla too. The horchata had a strong cinnamon taste but was good :) you can never go wrong with horchata.

Price: the price was pretty typical for around here. For three street tacos, one quesadilla and two large horchatas it was $32. It might be a little bit more pricey than other places but not by much.

I will definitely be back! Keep up the great...

Tuesday, March 7, 2023 @4p.m. the location on East Valley Pkwy. Totally Shocked me right now!!!!😲😯😮😦😧😕 So my bf always orders the S.D. Bowl which is basically carne asada in a bowl with rice and beans and lettuce. But my bf always substitutes the carne asada with carnitas(pork)..... But today as we pull into the drive-thru and begin to order, the worker tells us that she cannot substitute the meat for us. Then another worker comes onto the speaker and says that they are not supposed to substitute the meat and they cannot do that and if we want she can notify her manager for us. We said we'd rather just go somewhere else and we left. Not in a million years did I ever think we would be so disrespected by a worker from that place where we always go get food to eat and they always substitute the meat for my boyfriend no problem. But for some reason they were rude. I hope it was worth them losing to really devoted faithful customers because we're not going there ever again after what happened today....
