Mariscos Mazatlan HHH — Restaurant in Escondido

Went there with the family. It was not a great experience. The place was super hot. Maybe the AC was broken? The waitress took forever to take our order. She was too busy talking to her coworkers. When we finally got the food, there was a fly in it! I told the girl, and she just said, "Oh, it might just have fallen right now." The thing was dead and not swimming around. I told her to take it. That was in my shrimp cocktail. Didn't want to have anything else. We also ordered Camarones Sucios, which were nasty shrimps swimming in grease. They seemed like they had been there for days. The whole thing was bad. We ordered cheese sticks for the kids, and the cheese was melted all over the fries. There was only one other couple in the restaurant so it wasn't like it was busy for the bad food and bad service we got. We ended up paying $75....

This is my first time trying this place and it will honestly be the last, their so called manager was completely rude. They were not attending us at all. We were told that our food was ready and they still messed up our order and instead of the manager owning up to his mistake we were blamed. While waiting there for an hour we started noticing that the MANAGER would pick and choose his customers, he told a family of four they would not be able to eat there because of how many people and right after 3 women with a man came in he sat them right away, I honestly could not believe it.
