Horrible place do not come here if your someone that pays the price to eat good and what’s reasonable. We called in to check if we could have an alambre and asked to remove the pastor which its pork and she made an excuse saying they can’t do that so we understood and ordered a burrito and carne asada fries gave them zero problem and quesadilla. We go pick up our food drive home and open our plates our carne asada fries has about 10 -20 fries a table spoon of meat . I was in disbelief that both my carne asada fries plates were the same. Then we open the burrito I kid you not we took a bite and bit off only the tortilla . Then we checked the quesadilla and we counted the pieces of meat it had which was like 10 small pieces scattered around. So we called to speak to a manager the lady that’s there all the time rude senora so if you ever get this dark skinned senora that works in the front just know she’s getting you in a bad mood and will give you the most horrible service. Well we call pretends she can’t hear us then hangs up about 4 times then a sir answers and he does the same thing so please don’t waste your time !!!!! I've been going to this place for a couple years now with my dog who is a certified therapy dog. He is a Boston terrier, very well-trained and of course. Every time we go in to order take-out kids mob him and kiss him etc. he absolutely loves it, although we usually wait out front until our food is ready to pick up, unless we can't get away from the children's attention.

I was walking by today and decided that I wanted to order a seafood cocktail and as soon as I walked in I was told by a girl who I have ordered from before that we had to leave because I had my dog even though I told her that I was ordering takeout and was tending to wait out front. Apparently she expected me to tie my dog up out front in nearly 100° weather while I ordered food... this place is right around the corner from my house and the food is mediocre at best. I came in to order a Torta Cubana. I had tried to call but the phone was busy for a while. But never the less I ordered at the counter and even thou they were super busy I was in and out within 15 min. Talk about them using team work. As one was cleaning she would hand over the stuff that went in the fridge to the other and it was done in a snap. These girls really know how to work in a team.
