Went in last Thursday and immediately got poor service. As I'm ordering the worker keeps cutting me off and ocer talking me. It's not the 1st. Time this has happened at this location. Even the Manager has this problem. So when I get my order It's wrong. I let the lady know. Instead of just correcting it. She starts to argue with me and over talk me. Just like the store manager does. So I called today and talked with the Manager. She starts lying and being unprofessional. I ask for her supervisor but she refuses to grant my request in any manner. Now I know wny the employees are unprofessional. Because management is so horrible. I even asked the manager for help with my rewards app. She showed no interest in helping me at all. But went to another location and was helped out. Also for some reason as you walk in this location it stinks in the morning. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Famous Star I don't think so. I've been to many and lived throughout the county and ate in Los Angeles a few times. I've been eating with this company for 20 years or more that I can remember. I ordered my favorite burger which was the Diablo Burger. Having it in the past at other franchises it was always a mixed bag. They were usually sloppily done, sometimes missing ingredients or just a hot mess. This time though I went and it was a magical experience. Once the girl was ready to take my order she couldn't even understand a simple order I gave her, I had to yell it at her very slowly. When I got to the window it seem like she was fooling around with her peer.
