Went to the drive thru Friday night around 1:30am. Everything went well when we placed the order and paid at the first window. Now when we got to the 2nd window the person handling out the food had 0 customer service with had a big attitude. She's the girl with short colored hair ( blue or green color) cant remember. I ordered a large Ice water but instead she said If I want a dasani water instead... I said no I would prefer to have my ice water. She gave us our food 2 tacos, Jr Bacon cheese burger, churros and a Combo 1. She did not bother to ask if we wanted any sauce and when I said Can I please have some sauce? She immediately said " what do you want" with an attitude. I was stunned by the way she responded. I asked for the spicy good good sauce, ranch, hot sauce for the tacos and ketchup. Instead she gave Sweet and sour, franks red hot, and a couple of other hot sauces that I did not request. I politely told her that she did not give me any sauces that I requested. Because of that she called her coworker over and basically gave a hand gesture to her coworker as if she was telling her ' take care of them I dont want to deal with them". The coworker that came to the window was very nice and I told her that the other lady did not give me any sauces that I request. She apologized and ended up giving me all the sauces I requested. And that was the end of my night with the service.
This girl should not be handling out food with that type of attitude or service. Glad she doesn't work for me or else she would have been fired! But I guess management loves having those type of...

I live within a mile of this JitB, but I stopped going years ago (before pandemic) because they would consistently get my orders wrong. The first time I experienced a wrong order I did the survey on the receipt. Someone reached out, apologized and sent some coupons for freebies. On the same visit I used my freebies they got my order wrong again. I emailed the same person who had contacted me to tell them about my second bad experience. I explicitly told them I don't want any more freebies, but that changes need to be made. They never contacted me back and I felt like I was being ignored.
Fast forward 4 years to today. My 4yr old daughter chose JitB over Wendy's so we decided to go for it. They gave us regular french fries instead of curly fries. When I told the lady, she said "No. You ordered regular fries, it's right there on the receipt". I responded: "I can see that, but that's not what I ordered". She was visibly annoyed, but she did bring me out 1 order of curly fries (even though I asked for 2). When I got home I came to the horrible realization that I was missing 2 tacos AND a jr. bacon cheeseburger.
It's not even worth the effort to go back and ask for it to be fixed. I just need others to know that this particular store...
