Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Escondido

Eat here multiple times a week, EVERY week. Food is consistently High Quality regarding the type of food... however for me, personally, it's the Quality of the Staff that has the BEST chance of having an impact on me... in my personal Humble Opinion, the ENTIRE Team of staff who "Jack-In-The-Box" is truly Blessed to have working for Them, whether it's the front of the house or the galey is By Far the very BEST the Food Industry has to offer. Extremely Hard Working individuals who Truly put customer service first. Always courteous, professional and compassionate. In closing, BTW -`They ALSO make the Very BEST Shakes in town literally putting to shame other establishments who advertise as specializing in the "ART" of making the Best ice cream and/or...

Update Edit: The level of consistency in getting my order wrong is astonishing...I have received the incorrect order multiple times here. Tonight I ordered 4 Tacos, no lettuce, and added jalapenos, and I got no jalapenos! Is it really that crazy of an order? I paid extra, even... Y'all should seriously consider adding it to your menu, cause it's waaay better than lettuce. But honestly, wth is going on here? If I'm getting my order wrong with this level of consistency, then what are others experiencing? People are usually really nice, but it means nothing when I don't get what I ordered.

This is a pretty good Jack. The only reason for taking a start away is because they usually always are nice and helpful, but you do come across a couple of employees every once and a while who shouldn't be in customer service. Their food is typical of Jack but recent changes were for the negative. BRING BACK THE BETTER LATE NIGHT MEALS. Ok I'm done ranting. But seriously, the new late night is garbage.
