Not following health and safety guidelines. Go to kettle its right up the road and they follow best practices.

Here is a detailed descriptions of precisely what I saw, why its wrong, and a reasonable we would see if the company was committed to safety) I generally don't give much leeway to safety or health violations that I see; as normally the customer facing side of any business is the most polished.

There was a customer inside, at the entrance way table as seen on the google maps photo. This customer on her laptop who looked to have work/papers out. She wasn't wearing a mask and just generally appeared to be doing the normal-times coffee shop lingering.

I would consider this worse then the unfortunately common flouting of rules we see careless customers do by an taking a quick drink but hanging out for what appeared to be an extended period of time. There was clearly no effort being put in to keep others safe.

Appropriate action by the store would have been. Removing seating so no customers would sit there. This would be ideal because then there is no requirement for negative customer interaction; its unfortunate that its upon staff to keep careless customers in order. OR There happens to be a park across the street. Inviting the customer to enjoy her drink and work there.

It is possible to reduce risk and still serve coffee/food to the community. Others in area are doing it. Is it unfortunate that as a country we didn't get this under control. But I won't add risk to myself by going in and I wrote the review because I don't wish to reward companies when alternatives...

The service, food, coffee, and overall atmosphere is great. They didn't overwhelm with food options while providing enough variety on their menu to accommodate those on keto. Plenty of seating for the customer base.

One thing that I cannot overlook is the bathroom. The floor was absolutely covered in bits of toilet paper or paper towel residue. For such a large bathroom that's definitely saying something. One of the toilets was leaking or had overflowed at one time and didn't seem to have been properly cleaned up after it was fixed because there was brown water stained toilet paper surrounding the base of the toilet. The floors had sticky dark residue everywhere as though they had not been cleaned in ages. It is irresponsible to allow your employees to use facilities in these conditions and disrespectful to customers. There was blue tape with the writing "exit" on it instead of an actual exit sign. What other corners are being cut here?

I wanted to like this place, but management seems questionable so I'm not returning...

I normally go to Starbucks for coffee and espresso, but I had heard about this place and wanted to try it- and since it was close to where I was working I decided to stop by. I paid $3 for a small coffee and it was terrible. I believe the Barista called it El Gaucho (which it was). I added plenty of cream and sugar but it was still very bitter and I was unable to drink much of it. It taste like burnt cocoa bean and black licorice fused into the coffee. I like coffee a lot.I drink it everyday. I grind my own beans at home every day, before I brew. I know a little bit about coffee. If you're going to have drip for the general public it should be well-rounded so that anybody can drink it, not just a connoisseur... I gave two stars because everything else about the place seems nice. I really liked the lid on the coffee cup; everyone...
