Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Escondido

This location is mainly for takeout and delivery orders (even pre-pandemic), which makes sense for fast food pizza. In a pinch (once distancing guidelines are lifted, of course), there is limited seating along the store's windowside perimeter.

This location has ample parking, is always very clean, and consistently delivers quick and friendly service. In my many years as a patron, my orders have always been accurate and the food, delicious.

If you're in an area where this location is among many nearby P.H. options, pick them for all the reasons above. 🙂

What I ordered: Today, I tried their Detroit style pizza, in the Double Pepperoni flavor, and it's a winner! It's available in one size only; 12" x 9" rectangular (13" x 9"), with 8 equal slices, cut such that each slice has that caremalized cheese encrusted edge. It's one of the defining characteristics of the Detroit style, along with its light, airy dough. This is my new go to for fast food pizza.

I am a frequent customer and big fan of Pizza Hut! However, This store is a complete and utterly waste of my time. I wouldn’t rate a single star if possible. Normally I spend around 50-60$ sometimes reaching 80$ on orders every week by buying pizza, wings, and pzones. This is the SECOND time Juan has refused to make my custom order for my allergic father. Absolutely furious and never coming back to this establishment. I had Jess take my order and she understood and gladly took my fathers order but when Juan saw he refused and would NOT let me order...and i got him and Julia working together at the same time, both had terrible attitude and little to none customer service.
