My mother ordered three pizzas online at 5:45 pm. She set the clock for the pizzas to be ready by 7:45 pm. After her 12 hour shift at the hospital, she went to Domino's to pick up the pizzas. She ended up waiting until 8:20 pm for her pizzas, which one pizza was wrongly made and two others were poorly made. The 14 inch large pizza was the same size as the 12 inch (we used a measuring tape). I called from Abiquiu, 35 mins away, to figure out what we can do to resolve their mistake and horrible customer service, The manager, Dee, or so she claims to be her name, rudely tells me, "so what! you want a refund?" I replied "your the manager, what do you think is the best move?" She then continue to yell at me that she had other customers to take care of and hung up. I immediately called back at 8:57 pm at to ask for the general managers number and name. I was hung up on for the 2nd time at 9:08 pm. I called for the third time and "Dee" answered the phone. I asked for the general manager and she said "I do not think I can give you his information". I told her this was a business and she could provide that for a customer who is finding her customer service recovery unsatisfactory, mean and rude. "We do not have any general managers" she said. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me she was the highest level of management. I told her she was being very unprofessional and asked her for her name and she said "no, I am not allowed to give you that information" and I then was hung up on for the 3rd time at 9:16 pm. Then, this local place calls you to confirm your order. Pizza never arrives. You call back local place. You speak to same guy who confirmed your order. He says he has nothing on his list for you. You ask if your address is in their delivery system. He confirms it is. “So, how do you have my name and address, but no pizza order.” He takes it again. He says there are a lot of orders ahead of mine. I said, “No, this is your mistake. You will put a rush in mine.” He says he doesn’t know if manager will let him do this. I ask to speak to Manager. Manager is not there because he doesn’t work nights. I’m going to stock up on frozen DiGiorno pizzas and will forget this place. Now some guy named Demetrius just called me and told me he is the manager and wants to know what I ordered. He has my name and my address but not my order. I again gave my order. I had to call again after a long wait and spoke to Demetrius again. He can’t remember taking my order and he hung up on me. I keep calling back and I keep getting hung up. Read moreThis has always been my go to place but lately it has been giving horrible customer service. I have already tried ordering three times and they don’t have delivery drivers. They ask me if I could go pick up the pizza and of course I can’t. That’s why I want it delivered. I Placed my order around 12 PM. Received a call Around 1:15 PM letting me know that they didn’t have drivers and that they will have drivers after 1:30 PM. I let him know that I could wait if they can deliver at two and the young man said yes they could deliver at 2. It was now 3 PM and my pizza wasn’t delivered yet. I received a call from Domino’s letting me know that they did not have any delivery drivers and that if I wanted delivery, I would have to wait until after 5 PM. I understand that there is no drivers but they could have at least hold me sooner. That way I don’t wait on the food, I believe his name was Henry. That’s what he told me his name was. He was very rude to me. He cut me off and he told me he didn’t have time and if I wanted to file a complaint to call corporate proceeded to hang up the call I just wanted my pizza delivered.
